“Handles every maintenance management task”

Pros

This is a very user-friendly tool that fits almost every maintenance management task. It's easy to install, simple to organize tasks with and it offers on-demand reports and evaluations.

The KPI reports are a big help. I use them constantly to monitor performance.

The coding system is confusing and complex to work with.

One thing I appreciate is that it's open-source software.

Cons

I feel it needs more visual elements and graphics. Adding them would make the app feel much more vibrant.

I can attach service engineers' records, including pictures, both while they're working and after they finish a job order.

Cons

No issues on my end. I haven't come across any problems.

“Powerful analytical capabilities”

What I appreciate is that the system is really easy to use and its analytical capabilities are quite powerful. I can create customized indicators for any piece of equipment, installation costs were low and the company provided experienced experts and consultants who delivered very effective training. They also recently rolled out a web-based version where operators and technicians can input data from tablets and get a highly useful executive summary showing the maintenance status across the entire company.

Cons

I do find that the system offers limited measurement parameters for some equipment and its predictive capabilities are restricted.
