“Very accessible and simple with great auto-save”

Pros

I find the platform very accessible and simple to use. It automatically saves every change, offers data recovery options, displays color-coded icons based on scheduled time, includes a free tier and lets me print files.

Cons

The printable file formats don't give me options to customize them and there's no way to add my company's logo. It also isn't very easy to edit already defined maintenance plans and the methods for copying plans and work orders (OTs) feel rather inflexible.

For my small business, the no-cost plan really works well and I appreciate having tutorials and courses available.

At the beginning I found the amount of information overwhelming so I felt a little confused when getting started.

When I enter the data, the whole process is really simple and the software is very user-friendly. Setting it up was not an issue.

I'm having trouble creating work orders and I haven't found any customization options. For example, there's no way for me to add a logo to the order.

Unfortunately some links aren't available in the Portuguese version which I find quite inconvenient.

I've really loved how user-friendly the interface is and the range of features it offers especially since this free version runs smoothly without any bugs or slowdowns. To me, the software reflects your company's strong commitment to quality and dependability. Tools such as preventive maintenance scheduling, handling work orders and tracking cost centers have been especially helpful for our team.

Cons

At one point I ran into difficulties when setting up work types and arranging maintenance schedules inside the software. I would have really appreciated if the app included built-in instructions or step-by-step guidance to make those tasks easier.

“Simplifies maintenance tasks”

Pros

What I liked most about it is how it simplifies managing maintenance tasks and I also appreciate that it includes the ManWinWin app because that makes handling services directly from the client's side much easier for me.

Cons

I'm less happy with their use of the term 'OT' (order of work) because I've been working in maintenance for many years and my team and I are much more used to 'OS' (service order). It's going to be tough to get everyone to switch to this new terminology.

Having more than two ways to perform the same task in the app feels unnecessary and just adds clutter.

My only issue is I wish there were a specific Virgin customized for managing landscape maintenance, as that would make things even more convenient for my workflow.

Its a fully featured maintenance program that covers everything I need. It's also lightweight on my system and doesn't use much disk space. Whenever I need assistance their support team is accessible and ready to help me promptly.

nothing negative to report, I actually find it very simple to use and best of all it's free for small setups, specifically if I'm managing fewer than one hundred items or machines.

I really like the way preventive maintenance scheduling is handled in the system.

Cons

My recommendation is that the software should include a dedicated tab showing the tasks currently in progress and also indicate that those tasks are not available for use so that monitoring and control would be much clearer.
