Masterstroke Features
Masterstroke conducts on-site verification using laptops and online barcode scanners to validate asset presence and status. It records proper categorization of assets and captures accurate location and ownership metadata.
The software generates unique identification numbers and applies optical or electronic labels using barcode or RFID tags. It selects tag types appropriate to material and environment, including full-metal, half-metal and non-metallic RFID options.
The system executes audits in multiple modes—online, offline, Wi-Fi or mobile app—depending on available hardware and connectivity. It captures discrepancies across end-user, cost center/department, physical location and asset health attributes.
The platform reconciles the verified asset data with the existing FAR using fixed asset numbers to identify inconsistencies. It advises required corrections and performs full cleanup of the FAR to remove duplicate or stale records.
