Pros
Managing maintenance tasks has become much easier for us with this system especially because all asset information is stored in one place. I also find it very useful for identifying maintenance trends and helping us implement more proactive maintenance strategies.
Cons
The downside is that getting the most out of it depends heavily on unlocking all the modules especially when it comes to resource planning and inventory purchasing.

Right away, I noticed the structured layout because it allows us to configure assets with as much or as little detail as needed. Setting up the asset information and workflows does take some time initially but once everything is entered, the system becomes easy for users of any skill level.
Cons
Getting started does require a lot of coordination with a dedicated IT team, in my view, before you can even begin uploading asset information.
