“clear and capable tool”

Pros

From the beginning, the software felt pretty easy for me to use and offered a great range of features without becoming overly complicated.

Cons

Every now and then some features don't behave the way they're supposed to and there are occasional system glitches. The mobile app could definitely use some improvement and having an Android app available would make it even better.

“Convenient setup”

Pros

For me, learning the system felt very simple. If someone can install and use an app on their phone without much guidance, this software should not cause much difficulty either. The interface feels simple and user-friendly and I have also found the tech support team friendly and knowledgeable whenever assistance was needed.

Cons

One thing that slows me down is not being able to make every asset change from a single screen. Having to jump through several screens to finish all the updates feels a bit too much like working through SAP T-codes.

Pros

One of the best things in my experience has been the exceptional support. The online team is very knowledgeable, easy to contact and always accessible whenever we need help.

Cons

The only downside is that there isn't another super user who really knows the program and there's no immediate onsite training available.

Pros

Using the platform feels very easy to me and the way the dashboard presents data gives my reports a much more polished and professional appearance when sharing them with management.

Cons

Personally, I feel Version 15 is an improvement over Version 11.

Pros

Being web-based is a major advantage for me because I can log in and access the system from anywhere at any time.

Cons

One downside is that, unlike version 11, it doesn't let you work in multiple tabs at the same time.

Pros

Setting everything up was very easy for us and it did not take long to learn how to use it. I also like how well it handles preventative planning and helps speed up recurring purchasing tasks.

Cons

something it's missing is long-term asset management functionality. I'd really like to see that added so it could support planning for long-term improvements and capital replacements especially for major work projected 3 to 10 years out. It also doesn't include PM and asset criticality in the system.

Exporting data feels very easy in my experience and the support team has always been very helpful whenever I needed assistance.

Cons

Entering data can take a while and updating details across a large number of items feels tedious. I'd also like the catalogue to include expense elements alongside account codes, plus the option to set a preferred supplier for each item based on region.

Pros

Right from the start, I found the system very easy to work with. Navigation feels logical, everything is clearly laid out and the core functions are handled very well. Booking parts through the WO-PO connection is simple and the entire WO/PO process feels well designed. The PM section is also clean and uncomplicated, making it easy for us to raise parts through PMs or assign them to WO/POs. Ops (Online Request) performs reliably and the app works very well too. I also appreciate how user-friendly and well thought out the stores module is. The support has been excellent throughout our experience. On top of that, the software is very affordable and delivers strong value for money. Searching within the system is quick and easy, while the interface can be customized without requiring programming knowledge which is a major plus for us. Because the accounting side is relatively basic, I also find it easier to understand. The asset tree structure is simple to navigate, making asset details easy to follow. Printing and attaching documents is easy and screens generally load quickly when profiles and ranges are optimized.

Cons

The financial side is fairly basic so it could become restrictive for larger companies. The scheduler is not the strongest part of the system. Although the pages can be customized extensively for different users, that flexibility seems to come with a tradeoff, since some screens can lag badly, take a long time to load, or freeze. There are also the occasional annoying bugs. It feels more tailored toward fleet and mining environments. Wireframe reports are somewhat basic as well and the app is only available on iOS.

The interface feels very easy and visually clear to me and setting up an entire production line with all the related assets was simple and did not require much effort.

Cons

Since we manage a lot of assets across different states and warehouses, the system can be slow at times and moving items between locations isn't as quick as it should be.

Navigating through the system feels very easy for us and the overall setup is simple and easy to use.

Cons

Most of the platform seems to be built more for vehicles than fixed equipment. On top of that, inheriting a system that wasn't configured properly from the beginning makes it difficult to use it to its full potential.
