After importing everything from a file, getting it up and running was pretty fast for me and I also found it very easy to get in touch with the admin team before the sale.
Cons
Once the import was completed, getting highly responsive support became more difficult.

Pros
One of the best things I find about this software is how visual and easy it is which makes it usable for just about anyone. I also really appreciate the tag feature for applying filters and staying online with tasks makes my day-to-day work much more convenient.
Cons
There are still a few areas that could be improved. When a new version is released something occasionally stops working and it can take a few days before it gets fixed again. I also think the dashboard needs more development. It would be helpful to include indicators such as MTTR, MTBF and percentage of breakdowns. For that, we would need the option to enter equipment usage hours.

It lets me track the service history of different pieces of equipment which I find really useful.
Cons

From a maintenance department perspective, I see this as an application with incredible potential and many ways to take advantage of it. It gives us the flexibility to create equipment, assign tasks, organize everything with tags and then clearly see results in the control center. Our technicians have even improved the way they work with it through regular use. I find it to be a very visual platform and the interface practically guides me on how to use it.
Cons
One thing that could definitely be better is the mobile app. As an administrator, there are certain actions I'd like to handle from my phone but right now those functions are only available in the desktop version.

Using this software feels to me a bit like social media for maintenance. I can quickly search and find information on any equipment, machine, or spare parts plan and I get results in a friendly environment with the level of detail I need in a practical and easy way. I also like that I can generate reports immediately to review and manage work teams and their activities and overall I find it really simple to use.
Cons
Maintenance plan view could be improved because sometimes too much information appears on a single page. It would be better if it were more summarized or even displayed as a Gantt chart which would be excellent.

Deployment was easy from my experience and I find the platform accessible, well-designed and visually polished. The features feel clearly built with the user in mind and are genuinely useful during day-to-day interventions.
Cons
Reporting is still fairly basic. I'd really appreciate dashboards covering responsiveness and repair turnaround times. There's also no way to add GER-type quotes directly to equipment so you have to create parts instead which isn't very convenient. Pricing is another downside, because as the number of users grows, the cost climbs very quickly.

This software helped me completely move away from the paper-based system we were using before which has been a real improvement. I find it very user-friendly to work with and the technical support team is always available and quick to respond whenever needed.

Rolling it out was easy in my experience and I find the interface well designed for everyday use. The mobility features are a real plus for me, the customer support is reliable and I also find the marketplace adds a lot of value. It was also simple for me to get cross-functional teams and requesters on board with the software.
Cons
Where it gets more limited is around specific custom developments and some very advanced functions, such as managing repairable items and setting up roles and permissions in a more detailed way.
