Mobility Work Features
Mobility Work imports equipment lists, spare-parts lists and full maintenance history from Excel files or legacy databases for fast migration. It provides a free user data entry service that formats, selects, and processes submitted data to make it compatible with the platform.
The software centralizes unlimited equipment records, intervention histories and attached documents to maintain a complete asset registry across sites. It uses tagging and grouping to organize assets and enable fine-grained analyses of equipment status, counters and performance.
The system displays spare-parts inventory and consumption reports with tables and graphical views to show stock levels and expense distribution by cost center. It enables tracking of spare-parts flow, editing or replenishing stock records, and recording attributes such as location and unit price.
The platform creates intervention reports by selecting equipment via quick search, documenting tasks with voice dictation, and attaching photos and labels to standardize information. It assigns technicians, categorizes interventions with tags, and notifies responders for traceability.
