“versatile but needs autosave...”
Pros
It's a versatile program in my experience and can handle a wide range of tasks.
Cons
One frustrating issue is that the system can log you out while you're creating a work order which means you have to start a new WO and type everything again. An auto-save feature would really help prevent lost work. It would also be much better if users could select checkboxes for things like mass updates or filing closed work orders across multiple pages before submitting changes.

Pros
Another big plus for us is the positive feedback we keep hearing from our technicians out in the field. They really enjoy the software's mobile capabilities. If I had the chance to choose again, this would still be my first choice.

Pros
One useful thing for us is that it combines inventory management with facility maintenance tracking in the same system.
Cons
The downside is that it isn't simple at all and feels hard to use.

“pm and autopilot shine!!!”
Pros
Preventive maintenance tied into routine breakdown work orders works really well in my experience and I find the autopilot feature a big plus.
Cons
It would be better if there were a Budget module and when work orders are printed, the printed copy should show "work order printed" in the audit trail.

“Tough and hard to navigate”
Pros
The software feels technically great and very powerful to me.
Cons
Using it is difficult overall and adding new parts or entering inventory feels tough. The reporting side is also complicated and it takes too much effort to find the information I actually need.
