Pros
Usability and overall organization of the workflow are very important to how our business operates and I feel this product delivers well on both.
Cons
There are probably some features we do not currently use but having an alarm or alert system for jobs would definitely be helpful.

Pros
The job allocation tools and reporting are really strong in my experience and I find having a full history available for engineers while they are on site genuinely useful.
Cons
Training comes at a high cost, there are restrictions around how much you can edit job sheets and the invoicing side is difficult to work with.

“helpful onboarding and responsive support”
Pros
From the start, I found getting started with the software pretty easy and my onboarding consultant was a big help in getting everything up and running right away. Once it was set up for my business, I found the app simple to navigate and understand. The monthly billing option is also really valuable for me as a small business especially when there isn't a big budget available upfront for software. On top of that, I have experienced a very responsive support team that has helped me whenever I've run into problems.
Cons
One area that could definitely be improved is the UI which feels a bit clunky and overdue for a refresh. The overview screen shows a lot of information and some of it just isn't relevant to how I use the system. It's similar on the job sheet page as well. More customization would make a big difference especially if I could remove sections we don't use. I'd also like to get more value from the reporting features but right now they aren't very useful for what I need. I really need more employee-specific reports and at the moment I'm still relying on Numbers to build my own which takes a lot of extra time.
