“mobile workflow boosts productivity”
Pros
Since adopting this system, our team has become more efficient and productive overall. I found the mobile app helped standardize the workflow and made everything more accessible in the field. It's also been really useful for letting staff attach photos and documents directly to service requests without hassle.
Cons
The dashboard only gives a quick snapshot and doesn't let you open the actual item from there. For similar properties, work orders still have to be created one by one. There's also no duplicate feature unless you go through a checklist.

Pros
One of the best parts for me is the dashboard because it can be tailored to highlight what matters most for my role and day-to-day responsibilities. I also find the reporting tools really valuable since they help our facilities team measure where we currently stand and where we should be heading. The mobile app is extremely important for me as a supervisor because it helps me stay on top of everything every single day. On top of that, I've found customer service outstanding, always available and genuinely willing to help with any questions that come up.

Quick to get started with this tool I noticed that new employees can learn the basics in about five minutes which makes onboarding really simple. It also adapts well to the needs of different facilities, whether the operation is large or small.
