Right from the start I felt this service was worth both the money and the time invested. The learning curve was brief and easy for me so it didn't take long to get comfortable with it. It also gives me confidence when handling data because the software feels safe and secure. We don't plan to rely on it much for inventory management but it fits our asset tracking and preventive maintenance needs very well. On top of that, I find scheduling workflows in the system simple and easy to manage.
Cons
Really don't have any complaints. Everything has been working well and we haven't run into any issues with the system. We're very happy with it.

Pros
Everything stays really well organized with this system in my experience and it keeps our operation running very efficiently. I find checking work orders and staying on top of follow-ups simple and getting familiar with how to use it doesn't take much time at all. We really appreciate how quickly our team was able to learn it.
Cons
There's honestly not much to complain about. If anything, it's so easy to use that any added features can sometimes feel a little unnecessary or slightly in the way.

From a practical point of view it's been a very cost-effective option for us especially with how well it handles maintenance management. Getting everything set up was easy, training the team didn't take much effort, ongoing upkeep has been minimal and adding more users has been just as hassle-free.

Right from the start I found the service very user-friendly and well worth the cost. A big advantage for us was that the team was directly involved in developing our specific site so the system was built around our needs instead of forcing us to work with a one-size-fits-all product like many other options do.
Cons
I don't have any real complaints about the product. It has delivered exactly what was promised and any issue that came up was handled and fixed right away.

Pros
I find handling maintenance work orders easy and tracking everything very convenient. The system is user-friendly, even for someone who is not very comfortable with technology.
Cons
One limitation is that making updates, such as adding or changing locations, still requires help from the IT team. It would be much better if we were able to make those changes on our own.

Pros
Using it feels easy to me thanks to the simple interface and natural workflow. It doesn't take much effort to get comfortable with the way everything is laid out.
Cons
A downside is that they depend on a third-party programming provider which can slow down development and delay enhancements. A few parts of the system also feel limited and not very flexible and the checklist feature is still missing some functionality.

“all-in-one booking and inventory hub
Pros
One of the biggest reasons we chose this software was that it brought Event Booking, Work Orders and Inventory Tracking together in a single system. From my perspective, it saves users from having to jump between different platforms just to complete their tasks which has been very valuable for us.
Cons
The downside is that we are still stuck on version 2.1.3.10. The only reason we have stayed on this older version is because the newer release no longer includes Event Booking and that feature is essential for us as a school. We rely on it heavily to reserve rooms for different activities and to create work orders for our events. When we originally bought the software, we were told that a new version was being developed but nobody explained that Event Booking would be removed in that update. It would really be worth reconsidering especially since we have already invested so much time in setting everything up and training our users.

PM scheduling and work orders were easy for me to locate and I found creating new orders that weren't already listed simple enough.
Cons
Customer service was lacking and making changes to the custom setup was frustrating. I contacted the company to remove people who were no longer involved and add new employees.

“Outdated software with little innovation
Pros
It's very easy to use in my experience and most users seem to catch on quickly when it comes to entering work orders. For everyday operations, I find it does the job without much trouble.
Cons
This software feels like it hasn't changed at all in the last 15 years. We're paying a lot for a subscription, yet it's still basically the exact same product. The graphics, functionality and overall processes have stayed unchanged and I honestly can't point to a single new feature that's been added.

“handles complex campuses well
Pros
In my experience, using this system has been pretty easy. End users barely need any guidance from me beyond showing them how to reset their password. Our setup is a little unusual since we are a facilities services provider working only with two K-12 international private schools and I find the mix of multiple organizations and campuses adds a lot of complexity. This was the only platform that really seemed capable of managing all of that. The Events module has also been a strong fit for us because I see it playing a major role in our day-to-day operations. On top of that, I find customer support very dependable, they respond quickly every time and in most cases they resolve the issue without much delay.
Cons
Setting up PMs can feel a bit tedious. We also don't really load many assets into the system so for the way we work, it often feels unnecessary to go through the full asset and asset category setup. I get why it's designed that way and it makes sense in theory but we're not an industrial client. In our case, it would be much simpler to just enter something like, "change battery on UPS in server closet B with an RBC55 battery." The event calendar will also occasionally show the wrong times in calendar view which I suspect might be related to the browser or maybe needing to clear the cache. Another thing that still bothers me is how deleted users are handled. They still kind of remain in the system and I don't like that a username used by a former employee from five years ago still can't be reused.

Pros
Being able to create and manage work orders, along with scheduling reminders and setting up preventive and recurring maintenance tasks, has been really useful for me.
Cons
For what we need the system feels a bit too heavy and it would be much better if unused features could be hidden more easily. It would also help a lot to have the option to attach multiple photos to a work order.

“paperless work orders win
Pros
It was easy for me because a real person handled the setup with the information we provided which made the whole process feel very turnkey. If something needs to be updated later, I find changes are easy to make. It also includes user-defined options that are simple to learn so I can tailor the system to fit specific needs. Another really useful feature for me is inventory tracking by building which helps keep everything organized in one place. The system can be fully electronic and paperless if you want but you still have the option to print individual work orders when needed. Reporting is flexible too, I can run reports using different criteria, then export them to Excel or Word, or print hard copies. Since it's web-based, there's no extra storage taking up space on my server. Compared with the old pen-and-paper method we used before, I find this gives much quicker control over what needs to be done and where our techs are throughout the day. We also no longer deal with "lost" work orders because somebody accidentally tossed the paperwork.
Cons
Because it's web-based there can be occasional lag depending on how you access it especially if you have to route through your company's server instead of using direct web access. That said, the delays we've run into are mostly tied to our own internal server issues so I can't really say I have any major complaints about the software itself.

“Friendly customer care team
Pros
I found the sales team welcoming, friendly and clearly knowledgeable about the product which made the whole process pleasant to work through. The system was installed quickly and adjusted to fit our facilities without much trouble. Training staff across the entire school district was easy and I saw very few questions or complaints during rollout. Since putting it in place, we have seen a big jump in the number of work orders staff are submitting for issues that need attention. The program also keeps the requester and other administrators updated with feedback which I consider a very positive part of using it.
Cons
One limitation is that certain programming changes still have to be handled by the company instead of allowing us to make those adjustments ourselves.
