customizable maintenance done right

Pros

What really stands out to me is how customizable this software is. You can change units of measurement, set up your own fields, create recurring maintenance tasks and I was even told by support that running-hours-based maintenance is coming soon. Another feature I really appreciate is the way equipment can be organized into a structured hierarchy, with detailed data added to each asset like manuals, spare parts lists, installation dates, warranties and more. It's also a big plus for me that there's a full-featured web-based management platform along with a lighter mobile app version for use on the go.

Cons

There are still a few small improvements that could be made but the support team is very responsive and open to feedback.

excellent dashboard insights

Pros

Excellent and very informative for my team. It is great that dashboard gives a clear overall view.

Cons

It would be better to have graphics added and the color scheme feels too limited since it only offers a single combination. Multiple color options are needed.

QR-based defect reporting win

Pros

Since we don't have in-house technicians, every issue has to be handled by outside service companies. This portal made that process much simpler for us because we can report a defect just by scanning the QR code. After that, the service provider gets an email and confirms acceptance of the request directly in our system.

Cons

We really haven't run into any problems with the portal. New features are being added regularly and support has been responsive and hassle-free. The only thing I'd like to see improved is more advanced reporting but I've been told that's already part of the development roadmap.
