“helpful job tracking but sluggish”
Pros
Keeping tabs on jobs has become much more manageable for me with this software. I find the tools for checking whether work is overdue or still on schedule genuinely useful and it helps me track multiple contracts at once without confusion.
Cons
Performance is a real downside, though, because it can be very slow and it crashes quite often especially when raising invoices. It would also be a big improvement if it had a feature that automatically calculated costs on jobs.

“useful for audits and planning”
Pros
Handling PPM across the site takes far less time in my experience and I've found that being able to review all assets is especially helpful during audits. The interface is clear and I find the whole platform easy to use.
Cons
It offers a very wide range of functions but we only end up using a small portion of what it can actually do. Finding the time to properly learn it and make full use of its capabilities never really seems to happen.

“automation that speeds everything up”
Pros
One thing that really stands out to me is the level of automation across the modules. I can enter information at the site level and see it flow all the way down to a work order on an engineer's tablet which saves a lot of time and makes the whole process much faster.
Cons
The Permit to Work module still feels like it has room for improvement. It would be much better with more of that Microsoft Forms-style integration especially with conditional logic like "if this happens, then do this."
