“clear reporting and user-friendly setup”
Pros
In my experience, getting started with it is quite easy especially when proper follow-up and training are in place. I find it user-friendly and the reporting is clear and well structured without needing outside support.
Cons
It can become slow when handling very large volumes of data, such as many open requests or work orders which is partly related to the organization itself. Another frustration is that the implementation team can be unresponsive, if full days are not scheduled, progress tends to stall and you end up waiting for information and replies to RFCs.

Cons
Its product portfolio is huge, so choosing the right services takes real consideration, figuring out what's actually needed and what adds value isn't always easy. That selection and customization process is a paid service as well and the cost can be hard to estimate clearly in advance.
