“fantastic support and customization”
Pros
Customer support has been outstanding in my experience and I found the onboarding process handled really well. The platform is very user-friendly, incredibly helpful for a small business and can be fully customized to fit specific needs.
Cons
There were a few minor technical bugs at the beginning but the support team responded very quickly, usually within minutes to an hour and got everything fixed or adjusted right away.

Pros
Without a doubt, I find the support team the standout part of Vista-Suite. They're incredibly knowledgeable, genuinely kind and always take a "teach a man to fish" approach. Instead of just fixing the issue for me, they walk me through how to solve it myself which has helped me learn the system and keep improving over time. Huge thanks to the Support Team.
Cons
The biggest downside really comes from the nature of the platform itself. Because Vista-Suite is so customizable, there are a lot of tools that don't end up being fully used and getting an account completely set up takes a significant amount of time. I do appreciate that most of it only has to be configured once but that still means setting up what feels like a thousand things that one time. I'd love for the system to feel more aligned, though I understand it's not a simple change and that improvements like that take time. Other than that, I really don't have any complaints about Vista-Suite.
