Ideal for remote work and international communication

Pros

I can easily make high quality UK and international calls. With multiple offices and stakeholders across the globe and remote work being the norm, it's so much more convenient than providing desk phones or mobiles to everyone.

Cons

I often have to redownload the app when it disappears from my computer, but this is probably an issue with our system rather than the software itself.

Very reliable product

Pros

It's a reliable and dependable product that's also very easy to use. It meets all our needs and works perfectly.

Works perfectly for my needs

Pros

We use it for our phone system. At the corporate level where I'm located, we use 8x8 on our computer so there's no need for desktop phones, which is very convenient.

Cons

I often miss calls because no notification pops up, though I'm sure it's just a setting I need to adjust, rather than an actual issue with the software.

Simple installation process make work easier

Pros

I appreciated the closed caption feature for video calls because I have a hearing impairment and often struggle to understand others during calls and video meetings.

Cons

The service seems to have become a bit inconsistent over the past year. Calls only come through about 80% of the time and voicemails take a while to appear.

Nice VOIP solution, though not the most affordable

Pros

My favorite feature is the desktop app, which can be downloaded to both my PC and mobile device. I can make and receive calls and even send text messages from the app.

Cons

it is pricier compared to other VOIP software.
