“Cuts down on emails”

Pros

Scheduling meetings has been much better with this tool. It works consistently, doesn't take much effort for someone non-technical to understand and the regular feature updates have been a nice bonus. Best of all, it gets rid of that endless email back-and-forth when trying to lock in a meeting time.

Cons

Nothing really stands out as a downside at this point since it has done what I needed and met my expectations well. I'll have a better sense once I've also spent some time using the plug-in.

Pros

Its easy to operate and the platform is updated often. The modern skins give it a more polished look and there's more flexibility to create a styled front end. It works well for businesses of different sizes, from small companies to larger enterprises.

Cons

The calendar setup can be a bit confusing since it's split across separate pages. Because of that, you have to click through multiple sections just to see how your calendar actually looks.

It has been a really solid platform and it's clear the team is constantly working to make it better. It lets you set up multiple calendars, keep some public and others private and build a polished landing page with testimonials and service details that can be customized for each calendar. It also connects with your payment system so you can collect payments and it links to Zoom to automatically schedule meetings.

Cons

A few things needed improvement before but they've been consistently updating the platform, fixing bugs and making the features better over time.

“Flawless performance”

Pros

After we started using it to schedule consultations with potential customers, everything has worked without any problems. The platform has been very user-friendly overall and the Google Calendar integration is something I've really appreciated.

Cons

I'd still love to see more flexibility when it comes to the look and feel. Having additional customization options would make it easier to create the exact aesthetic I want.

Pros

It has been a huge help when it comes to scheduling and staying on top of my meetings. The integrations especially with apps like Zoom, save me a lot of time and the option to fully brand the links gives everything a polished, professional appearance.

Cons

One thing that could be improved is the calendar widget loading only after the header and footer appear. For someone using an app like this for the first time, that delay could be a bit confusing so it would be better if they handled that more cleanly.

Pros

I really appreciate that it gives users a dashboard where they can showcase their services. It works especially well for individuals and entrepreneurs who don't have the time, technical skills or budget to build a website.

Cons

Setting up different services through the interface feels a bit complex and a few parts of the layout could be organized better. It would also be better with a few extra features, like polling options for group meetings.

Pros

Launching my freelance business was a lot more manageable with it backing me up. It made it really simple for potential clients to schedule complimentary calls online which has been a big help.

Cons

The lack of validation for potential clients is a drawback and that can end up leading to people spamming you.

The platform is very simple to use, the UX and UI are well done and the final result feels highly professional.

Getting started with this platform was very simple and the level of customization is excellent. I was able to get comfortable using it in a short amount of time.

With how simple it is to use and how many customization options it offers, it can feel a little overwhelming at times because there is so much to choose from.

Pretty easy to handle and setting it up and customizing it didn't take much effort. The product keeps getting better too since they're consistently adding new features and making improvements. It also does a really nice job of simplifying meeting scheduling and helping you sell your services or products.

Cons

I've heard some people mention that they would like to see more integration options. That said, it hasn't been an issue for us at all.

“Plenty of configuration choices”

Pros

Running a personal services website with it has been really satisfying. It's simple to use, offers plenty of configuration choices and lets you customize many parts to fit your needs. The dating features and sales functions are also very useful which makes the platform feel complete and versatile.

Cons

I don't have any real complaints about this software. Nothing is ever absolutely perfect but this program comes very close.

“Superb appointment calendar”

Pros

The appointment calendar works well for setting up and scheduling bookings within the required time slots and the profile showcase is a nice touch for building a stronger brand presence.

Cons

Customer detail verification needs work, the interface could be better and a few important features are still missing. There's no proper validation when customers fill out the appointment form which leads to a lot of junk data for creators. It also lacks some essential integrations such as major payment service providers in countries like India and the in-app user interface should be improved.

“Top choice for booking”

Pros

It has been our preferred choice for clients who need booking services. We get everything configured for them at the start and after that, they're usually able to manage it on their own. It gives them a solid way to accept online bookings and helps them capture leads coming in from ad campaigns.

Cons

Setting things up can get tricky with certain types of businesses especially for services like hotels or anything outside the platform's intended use. In those cases, we've had to make a few custom adjustments to get it working properly.

“consistent branding across platforms”

Pros

Really versatile overall. Being able to customize the colors to match my brand is a big plus and I love that I can embed it on my website as well as inside my course platform while keeping the branding consistent everywhere.

Cons

It's not the most user-friendly tool at first although it becomes much easier once you understand how it works. One issue I've noticed is that my clients sometimes struggle to cancel or reschedule an appointment so the link in the email probably isn't clear enough.

“Lets me collect payments”

Pros

Having Zoom built in and automatically creating a unique video meeting whenever someone books is a huge plus. I also appreciate that I can collect payments for any service or product I offer. Usually with tools like this, you end up compromising and only getting one of those features instead of both but it gives you both in one place.

Cons

The interface could definitely use a refresh and the navigation would be better if it were cleaned up or consolidated. At the moment, it feels more complicated than it should be to figure out where certain settings live so I have to click around different panels to find exactly what I need. There's plenty of customization but it's not always clear what changes I'm making. A built-in preview or live editing mode would help a lot instead of having to open a separate tab just to see how things look.

Pros

The customization, appearance and overall feel of this software stood out to me on both the admin side and the end-user side. You can personalize just about everything, from the URL to testimonials, colors and more. It gives the front end a very professional look and I really appreciate the calendar-style layout.

Cons

Even with all the customization available, one part still bothers me, the way testimonials appear on the front end especially the order of the name and testimonial. There also doesn't seem to be much flexibility to change that.

“Extensive set of features”

Pros

It has easily been one of my best purchases. It gives me everything I need to sell services and digital products without dealing with the hassle of building an entire website from the ground up. I can even accept bookings directly through the platform, with SMS notifications and plenty of other useful features included.

Cons

I have no complaints about this app. There's an active Facebook group where users can suggest features anytime and the developers really pay attention to feedback especially when a bug comes up.

Charging potential clients for consultations helped cut down my no-show and cancellation rate quite a bit.

Cons

Customer service was disappointing and the PayPal integration didn't work very well. I'd also like to have more payment gateway options available.

Pros

The interface feels clean and simple, the team behind the product seems dedicated and the simple WordPress setup is a real plus.

Cons

Google Calendar integration feels awkward and creating or updating appointments from the back end is pretty complex. It also doesn't trigger reminder emails or SMS messages which is a key feature for a service like this.

“Wonderful scheduling tool”

Pros

After getting everything configured, this turned out to be a fantastic scheduling tool that lets anyone with my link book time directly on my calendar. It's been a huge help because it cuts out so much of the back-and-forth emailing that usually happens when trying to set up meetings.

Cons

initial setup took a bit of work, both inside the software itself and when connecting it to my Google Calendar. It was also frustrating at times to have the same function managed in more than one place. That said, once everything was in place, it has worked wonderfully.
