“huge time saver”
Pros
Implementation was quick and using it day to day has been just as simple. I really love the way it connects with Google Calendar and Active Campaign through Zapier, plus it automatically creates Zoom rooms, sends reminders and even triggers a task in ClickUp through Zapier. It saves me a huge amount of time and once everything is running, it keeps going without any issues. Honestly, it's amazing software.
Cons
I really don't have anything to complain about here. It's definitely worth trying.

“Helped us handle 12,000 registrations”
Pros
After handling nearly 12,000 registrations through it for events, online classes, phone bookings and more, it's been a really solid tool for us. The setup is simple, customization is simple and there are plenty of ways to tailor the reminders and messages clients receive during the booking flow. Connecting a payment platform for our paid events was also fairly uncomplicated. Development used to move at a slower pace but their team seems to have picked things up and is now rolling out new features more regularly especially ones that address earlier pain points.
Cons
Several of the UI frustrations that used to bother me have actually been fixed recently, like being able to export bookings to CSV more easily and search bookings without hassle. I've hardly ever had to contact support and whenever I did, they resolved the issue though their replies can come across as a bit brief. Kind of like a quiet cowboy who doesn't say much but still makes sure you're taken care of.

“Checks every box”
Pros
As a consultant and coach, it covers everything I need in one place. It gives me a landing page I can customize to match my personal brand and I can set up as many appointment types as I want with simple link sharing for each one based on the client. My clients really appreciate the automatic text and email reminders before our calls and I especially love that BLAB creates the Zoom link and calendar event automatically for me.
Cons
I'd still like the client management area to include more functionality, like being able to edit a client, add personal notes sort contacts, create groups and similar options.

“covers booking basics really well”
Pros
It covers a lot of the booking basics really well. It syncs calendar data with availability, sends reminder emails and lets me offer both paid and free booking options. It also supports integrations like Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics which is useful for tracking. The recently added webhook is a nice addition and the embeddable widget plus post-booking redirection make the whole setup more practical.
Cons
Something that holds it back is how slowly important features get developed. The interface could also use some work since the app isn't as enjoyable to explore as it could be.

“Helpful support and tutorials”
Pros
Quite simple to get the hang of, even without a technical background. The tutorials are really well done and customer support responds quickly and actually helps. The platform is flexible too, I can set up different products and appointments without any trouble. It also lets me use multiple price points, create coupons for special promotions and clone products or appointments so I can quickly make a new one by just editing the details.
Cons
At the beginning, the number of options felt a bit overwhelming, things like brand colors, the home page, adding video and all the different ways to customize the account. Once I went through the tutorials though, it became much more manageable because the instructions were clear and easy to follow.

“All-in-one sales and booking boost”
Pros
Running my business feels a lot simpler with it because it covers scheduling, selling my services and building booking pages all in one place. I don't need to piece together different tools or start a page from zero. It's helped me create more opportunities to attract clients and increase sales. I can set up unlimited offers and landing pages and I'm able to sell physical products, digital downloads or even my expertise. It really goes far beyond being just a booking platform.
Cons
I'd still love to see the option to set separate terms and conditions for different kinds of offers since even though some policies overlap, not everything I sell falls under the same terms.

“Can tailor it to match my needs”
Pros
Getting Book Like A Boss up and running was simple and the software is very user-friendly. I can set up different appointment types and tailor each one to fit what I need such as 60-minute or 90-minute sessions. It works well for offering free coaching calls as well as selling my coaching services. I've also been able to customize it to match my brand which is a big plus. Another feature I really appreciate is being able to adjust calendar availability either across everything globally or separately for each appointment type.
Cons
I can't create a package or service that combines two different appointment lengths such as 6 calls at 60 minutes and 1 call at 90 minutes.

“ahead of the competition”
Pros
the booking page customization sets this software apart. It looks polished, feels user-friendly and gives you so many options that it could honestly serve as your business homepage. You can book free appointments, sell products with credit card payments and even offer subscriptions. Being able to add an About Me section, testimonials, videos, photos and a Google Map directly on the booking page, while also customizing the colors and fonts, has been a total game changer. I honestly can't say enough positive things about it. The customer support is phenomenal too. The team have been amazing, responsive, fast to make changes and constantly working to improve the product. We switched over from Acuity to BLAB and there's no chance we'd ever go back.
Cons
Honestly there isn't anything we dislike. In a crowded market of booking platforms, it is clearly ahead of the competition.

“gives me control over appointments”
Pros
It gives you plenty of control over which appointments can and can't be scheduled. The feature that really set it apart for me was being able to work with different calendars. It also lets you charge for meetings which makes it especially useful for service-based businesses.
Cons
The biggest downside for me was the confirmation email sent after booking. It doesn't come with an attached calendar invite which means the person booking can easily forget to add it to their calendar and end up missing the meeting. Since other tools include that feature, it ended up being the main reason I moved away from Book Like a Boss.

“Broad variety of integrations”
Pros
This software offers a lot to appreciate and it's honestly hard to know where to begin. One of the biggest positives is that it lets you build a page where you can present different appointment types or services, along with customer testimonials and videos. It works really well as a quick showcase of what you do, what your brand is about and what you're offering. On top of that, the level of customization is impressive. You can tailor just about everything, appointment categories and lengths, confirmation and thank-you messages, the branding of your Book Like a Boss calendar and even whether you want to show calendars for all events or only selected ones. The same goes for embedding it on your website since you can control what visitors do and don't see. It also supports SMS reminders, memberships, group sessions and recurring classes or events. And with the wide range of integrations available, it fits nicely with a lot of the other tools you may already be using for your business.
Cons
One area where it feels a bit behind some competitors is the lack of a mobile app. Having an app to manage everything and reach out to people from my smartphone would be really useful especially since the web version already allows for that. It would make things much more convenient instead of having to rely on my computer all the time.

“Consistent performance”
Pros
It has been dependable for me and consistently does what I need it to do. The part I appreciate most is being able to set up different one-on-one and group offerings, like appointments, classes and events, then take bookings and payments without hassle. They also keep rolling out new features and making improvements and their customer support has been excellent. It's a platform I've trusted for more than five years.
Cons
Customizing booking confirmations and reminder emails can feel a bit complex. At times in the past, I've even had to create test bookings by text just to be sure everything was set up the way I expected.

“all-in-one booking tool”
Pros
Brings appointment scheduling, payments and calendar tools together in one place which makes handling client bookings much more convenient. It's a really solid option for taking payments online, keeping your schedule organized and making the whole appointment process feel smooth. The G Suite integration is especially useful because calendars and bookings can be shared across team members so everyone stays updated on what's happening. On top of that, the platform has a polished design and looks really good.
Cons
I happened to grab it through a lifetime deal a couple of years ago so it has turned out to be excellent value for me. That said, the regular monthly pricing does feel a bit higher than some competing tools.

“Valuable PayPal integration”
Pros
It was a pleasant surprise to realize I didn't need a bunch of different apps to get started. It works as an all-in-one solution and I honestly don't regret buying it. It feels more user-friendly than other scheduling tools I've tried and the PayPal integration makes it even more dependable. I've been using it for a year and a half now and I still haven't had any reason to switch.
Cons
At this point I really think it's spot on and it has made my workflow much simpler.

Pros
Getting this up and running from the admin side was simple and it's just as simple for end users to use. It has definitely helped increase our bookings.
Cons
I'd still love a little more flexibility around time blocks, toggling options on and off and having more specific coupon types but those feel more like wishlist features than actual downsides.

“Easy to move through different sections”
Pros
This system feels very simple to use. Moving through the different sections is simple and the initial setup steps, like connecting and syncing a calendar, creating and customizing an event or appointment and linking a payment gateway such as PayPal or Stripe, are all pretty uncomplicated. Another big plus is that it's not just useful for booking appointments, interviews or virtual meetings but also for charging for calls. Better yet, clients can pay before the call even happens which saves you from having to follow up and chase payments afterward. I also really appreciate the personal Book Like a Boss page you can build out with multimedia content like video, along with testimonials, FAQs and other helpful details. Something else that adds a lot of value is the option to include custom fields in the booking form so you're not stuck asking only for a name and email address, you can collect other information too. On top of that, the integrations are very useful. You can connect it with tools like Google Calendar, PayPal and Zoom to create a workflow where people can check your availability, book a call, pay for it and automatically have a Zoom room generated for the meeting.
Cons
The one area that could use improvement is how much control users have over customizing their Blab page. As it stands now, pages created by different users tend to look very similar so it would be better to have more design and layout options available when setting up the page.

“shows open time slots”
Pros
It makes scheduling appointments with clients incredibly simple because it lets them book directly around your availability. There's no more back-and-forth trying to line up calendars. They can clearly see your open time slots and choose what works for them without any hassle.

“Ability to set up different service levels”
Pros
Something that really works well with it is being able to set up different service levels in the same place where people book appointments. I can list a free session alongside several paid options and it all appears together on one page.
Cons
I'm not happy with how hard it is to make the "Return to homepage" link stand out more on the booking page. I don't want to lose visitors who may want to go back to my main website.

“well-trained support staff”
Pros
Something that really stands out with it is how responsive and helpful the customer service team is. They keep rolling out updates and adding new features on a regular basis which is nice to see. My favorite addition has been the extra customization for landing pages, along with more control over confirmation emails. The reminder emails are also a really valuable feature.
Cons
The lite page design process could still use more functionality since it feels a little limited right now. The full pages already include all the features so it would be nice to see more of those capabilities brought over to the lite pages as well.
