“Changed how I handle scheduling”
Pros
Running a coaching business with clients across the globe has become so much easier since I started using it. It has completely changed how I handle scheduling and manage my business overall. Their customer support has been outstanding and the amount of value you get for the price is honestly incredible. I've been a happy customer for a long time now and I regularly recommend it to my own clients. With so many excellent features included, it absolutely deserves a 5-star review.
Cons
I did like the older dashboard design from a few years back. The newer version feels a little complex and took some getting used to although I've managed to figure most of it out. Still, from a design standpoint, I preferred how it looked and felt to work in before.

“can set appointment scheduling rules”
Pros
Being able to set appointment scheduling rules is a big plus since it lets clients book appointments or buy coaching packages in a way that actually fits into your work week. It's also really useful that you can create separate booking pages for different packages or specific purposes.
Cons
The page design options are fairly limited although that can be worked around by designing a page in WordPress or another platform and then embedding the booking feature into it.

“Loved it!”
Pros
After using it for the past few years, I can say I've loved it. It lets me schedule client calls and at the same time I can also sell courses, services and even physical products through it. For my coaching business, it works as an all-in-one tool for both my services and products. The Zoom integration and connections with other apps are a really nice bonus too.
Cons
I'm honestly struggling to come up with a downside because nothing specific stands out. It does exactly what I need it to do.
