“organized meeting setup with easy agenda navigation”
Pros
BoardPro has really organized how we set up meetings. Board members can quickly navigate the agenda and all the supporting documents so nothing gets lost in the shuffle. As the person responsible for coordinating the agenda, it's made my workload noticeably lighter and the whole process runs more smoothly.
Cons
Honestly, I can't think of any downsides. Getting everything integrated into our meeting flow was easy and the rollout went without any hiccups.

“perfect paperless platform for agendas”
Pros
Runs well on a centralised platform and is fully paperless. It can set up agendas, generate board packs, run votes, capture minutes in real time and handle action items by assigning owners and sending reminders as work progresses. It also stores all related files in one place and anyone assigned to an action can update their progress before the meeting.
Cons
So I checked the Play Store and there still isn't an Android phone app for it.. so it's not really usable on the go when I'm away from my laptop or tablet.

Pros
This tool has been a big win for our team when it comes to automating board minutes. Being able to generate minutes right from the agenda organizes everything and makes the workflow feel effortless. On top of that, the customer support has been top, notch, every time we've reached out, we've gotten helpful, quick responses. Overall, the value you get for what you pay is honestly outstanding.
Cons
I can't think of anything I truly dislike about it. If there's one improvement I'd love to see, it would be a more efficient calendar view for board meeting events, plus the option to create other board-related activities (not just board meetings) that also show up in the same calendar and can be filtered. That would help board members track everything relevant to their governance responsibilities in one place.
