“Great results”
Pros
Social media graphics that used to take my team much longer are now getting done in just minutes. We can also keep every client's colors consistent by using the brand kit. We switched to this for fast Instagram Reel edits instead of Premiere because it saves us a huge amount of time. At $12 per user per month, it's about 80% cheaper than what we were paying for Adobe. The templates also look polished and modern, not outdated like something from PowerPoint 2003.
Cons
One issue is that clients sometimes run into problems when viewing our designs in the free version. Bulk video exports can get painfully slow during busy peak times. It's also not very capable when it comes to editing more advanced images, like cleanly removing photo backgrounds. And if the internet goes down, everything comes to a halt.

“made work faster”
Pros
Canva's AI features are getting better very quickly and the collaboration tools keep improving the way our whole team can work on the same project at once. The built-in brand kits also help everyone stay on-brand and consistent which makes it much easier to deliver polished, high-quality work.
Cons
It falls short in some professional design areas especially when it comes to localized kerning and other fine-tuned adjustments.

“Excellent templates”
Pros
Really a beginner-friendly platform and this is what I love about it. The biggest advantage is its library of free templates for Instagram posts, presentations and posters making design work much more accessible.
Cons
The mobile app can sometimes lag or run a bit slowly especially when the design file is too heavy. A lot of the better elements, premium fonts and the background remover are also locked behind the paid Canva Pro version. Their customer support could definitely be improved as well and at times it feels slow even when there isn't any internet issue.

“Loved working with it”
Pros
It comes with plenty of features for creating printables and PowerPoint presentations and it doesn't require much training to figure out how to use it.
Cons
Sometimes I'm not sure how to get back to a page I was on or how to save my work. I also get stuck when it's time to prepare everything for printing.

“User friendly”
Pros
Love it! It turns even the least creative person into someone who can handle things they normally wouldn't feel skilled enough to do, like editing images making videos and putting together other marketing collateral. It's a powerful platform that's incredibly simple to use.
Cons
Something I don't love is that you need to be online for some of the full features to work properly. It's not a dealbreaker but there are definitely times when it becomes necessary.

“canva helps non-designers shine”
Pros
This tool makes design feel approachable especially for someone like me who is not a strong designer on my own.
Cons
I do wish more features were included before the paywall. My team has Canva Pro but for individuals who do not, it can be difficult to get the results they need.

“Fantastic designs”
Pros
It's incredibly simple to use, affordable and handles absolutely everything we need. I've also really enjoyed seeing how much it has improved and expanded over the past few years.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see improved is the picture framing option in designs. I just want a way to add a border around an image or a text box.

“Made everything simpler”
Pros
Designing flyers feels almost effortless with it. It takes something that would normally be difficult and makes it feel like a piece of cake. The platform is very user-friendly and approachable especially when you're learning how to create flyers.
Cons
I don't have any complaints about it. I haven't run into any downsides and there's a reason we're happy to pay for the service.

“affordable and collaboration-friendly”
Pros
Affordable, simple to use and very user-friendly. The customer support has been brilliant, the collaboration tools are fantastic and it outperforms most drag-and-drop editors available right now.
Cons
It's not quite as simple as i thought and doesn't offer as many features as desktop photo editing software. It also won't work without an internet connection and the mobile experience isn't the strongest.

“I like it”
Pros
In my experience it been really useful for building resumes, creating logos and putting together UI designs. The built-in AI is probably the feature I appreciate most. Its ready-made templates save a lot of time, make the whole process simple and help the final design look polished. Another thing I really value is that it works well across devices so I can use it wherever I need. The AI tools also make it convenient to generate and edit images and videos without much hassle. It feels worth the price though the free version is still very useful and the customer support has been good too.
Cons
I enjoy almost everything about it. The only issue is that when I'm using the free version, it sometimes prompts me to upgrade to premium. Other than that, I've really loved using it.

“handles a lot for you”
Pros
This software has an impressive range of templates and design choices so there's pretty much an option for any event, business need, holiday, theme, style or color palette. It helps a lot when putting together professional-looking flyers, menus social media graphics, presentations and other marketing materials without starting from zero. Even if you're new to design, the platform feels very beginner-friendly and cuts down the time it would normally take to create something polished.
Cons
Pricing is high... especially if you need the premium templates and features to get the most out of it. One other issue is with sharing a paid account or team invite, the invitation links seem to expire fairly fast, usually in about 24 hours which gets a little frustrating when the account owner has to keep sending out new ones.

“love the brand templates”
Pros
It has been a favorite of mine for years and over the last year, after taking on Employer Brand Marketing, I've had the chance to explore just about every corner of the platform even more deeply. I genuinely love using it. It's very simple to work in and one of the biggest benefits is how well my Brand and Design teams can collaborate with me to build branded templates. Once those are set up, I can go back to them anytime I need to create something new and still keep everything aligned with our visual brand standards. I've also had a few interactions with customer support along the way and they've always been incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall it feels like an excellent value for what we pay.
Cons
What I have noticed is that some of its AI-generated template and image suggestions based on prompts can be a bit off or awkward at times. I'm hoping that part improves over time. Aside from that, I really don't have any complaints, this tool has been amazing.

“Has a variety of design”
Pros
Now, this tool is a key part of how we handle marketing. It's very user-friendly, includes nearly every feature we could ask for and helps us create excellent images and graphics for use across all of our platforms.
Cons
If I had to point out one thing, it would be that the huge number of options, while not really a negative, can sometimes make it a bit tougher to choose the perfect image.

“boosts creativity”
Pros
Editing images and reworking the templates it provides is very practical. I mainly use it to create labels for event souvenirs, informational brochures, web pages for professionals, infographics and business cards.
Cons
The best templates are only available with a paid monthly subscription and that's a downside.

“faster workflows with AI tools”
Pros
Canva's newer AI design features have been fantastic and have really helped me work faster while also improving the quality of my designs.

“It keeps getting better”
Pros
It has really grown far beyond simple design at this point. It now includes more AI tools, stronger collaboration features and plenty of ready-made content that help speed up the process of creating polished presentations, marketing assets and social media posts much more efficiently.
Cons
A downside with it right now is that a lot of the top design elements and more advanced features are still only available on the premium plan. Also, bigger or more complex projects can occasionally slow down or lag while editing.

“Good platform”
Pros
Really shines when it comes to accessibility. It turns what can feel like an intimidating design job into something enjoyable whether you're just starting out or already have creative experience. The huge collection of templates and design elements gives users a strong starting point making it possible to create polished, eye-catching visuals without any formal design background.
Cons
Unlocking its full creative potential does require a paid subscription. If you want access to more advanced features, unique tools or premium assets, the free plan starts to show its limits. Even with that drawback, my overall experience with it has been remarkably positive. It feels like a genuinely empowering platform that makes visual creation more accessible, simplifies the entire design process and has encouraged me to explore new creative ideas with much more confidence.

“outstanding creative toolkit”
Pros
The tool really raises the bar when it comes to usability and that's one of its biggest strengths. The feature set feels powerful and inventive, while the image and video editing tools are genuinely impressive. When you need a platform for creating content, it delivers excellent value for the price. I've never had to contact customer support but based on the overall quality, I'd expect it to be fast and professional.
Cons

“So efficient”
Pros
It packs in a huge range of creative tools and templates without feeling complicated to use. Putting designs together is quick, efficient and actually fun, whether I'm making social posts, presentations or marketing content. It's easily become one of the platforms I reach for every day.
Cons
A downside is that it can start to feel slow and a bit laggy on larger projects. Video editing in particular tends to run more sluggishly and once a design goes past 20 slides, performance and loading times can sometimes take a hit.
