feature-packed

Pros

Felt incredibly simple to use this tool and it comes loaded with features that make it even more useful.

Cons

Only downside is that it isn't free and not everyone is going to want to spend money on it.

so effortless!!

Pros

It is very simple to use and there are plenty of different things you can create with all the available options.

Cons

A lot of the features are locked behind the paid version so you need to upgrade to access most of the tools.

loving canva

Pros

Absolutely love everything about it especially the recent AI integration.

Cons

At times, it can be a little tricky to find exactly what I'm looking for though that may just be on me since there are so many options available.

photo editing made easy

Pros

Editing photos with this is really simple and the free version includes plenty of tools to do a good job.

Cons

The paid plan feels overpriced especially since I wouldn't end up using most of the additional features it comes with.

freedom to design

Pros

Canva's biggest strength for me is how versatile it is, letting me put together all kinds of designs without any hassle.

Cons

Of course, paying for a subscription isn't something anyone really enjoys.

content creation made easy

Pros

Creating content feels really simple and there's a huge range of materials and assets to work with.

Cons

The video editor isn't exactly top-tier but since that's not what I mainly use it for, it doesn't bother me much.

so good!!

Pros

After attending the Canva Uncharted Let's Create Conference, I've been even more excited about using it. I make images every day and it offers a huge variety of elements for putting together awesome promotional content, along with small business essentials like worklogs, books and other materials.

Cons

At this point, I really don't have any complaints since it has delivered exactly what I expected.

It's great

Pros

Having a free platform to create flyers and edit photos has been really useful for me.

Cons

The downside is the price of the better designs, plus the ads that come with the app.

Simple to learn

Pros

It has been a really useful design tool for putting together attractive visuals for online communication.

Cons

One downside is that it can come across a little generic and a lot of the designs tend to look familiar because they're used almost everywhere.

fantastic templates

Pros

Putting together quick designs is really convenient with it and there are plenty of templates to choose from even on the free plan.

Cons

That said, I wouldn't really consider it a tool for professional design work.

a design alternative

Pros

Canva has been really useful for putting together design documents and I've even used it in place of PowerPoint for some projects.

Cons

One thing I'd love to see is a filter for free versus paid options. A few times, I ended up clicking on paid templates because the free ones weren't clearly separated.

a complete toolkit!

Pros

Something that keeps me happy with this software is the steady stream of updates and the way they've built in AI features. I'm also a big fan of their annual conference.

Cons

The only thing I'd want more of is a wider range of options in the free version.

lots of template variety

Pros

There's a really wide selection of templates to pick from which gives you plenty of options depending on what you need.

Cons

A downside is that there aren't many templates available for free so the no-cost choices feel pretty limited.

makes marketing work easy

Pros

Right from the start, it has been a fantastic tool to use. It's very user-friendly, comes packed with tons of impressive features and really helps my marketing materials stand out and grab the attention they need.

Cons

My only complaint is the way project opening changed. It used to automatically open every project in a new tab and now that's something you have to select yourself each time.

collaboration-friendly

Pros

Having the whole team work together on designs has been a big plus and the branding kit can be fully customized which makes it really convenient to apply across all our designs.

Cons

One thing that's lacking is a few features other tools like Kittl already have. It would be really helpful to have more control over text flow and the artboard display.

Pros

A strong option for beginners especially if you don't have much background in graphic design.
