“Its great”
Pros
There's a really nice selection of templates tailored to different platforms, along with plenty of beautiful designs to pick from or use as inspiration. Even the free version comes packed with a lot of useful features.
Cons
At times, it's difficult to tell which content includes a watermark.

“free access!”
Pros
Using this app has been really convenient because it's simple, practical and best of all, free to use.
Cons
I just wish the free version included a few more features, like image resizing since many of the best images are locked behind payment. That said, I understand the platform needs to make money somehow.

“works well for us”
Pros
Being able to sort different projects into folders and share them with specific parts of the team has been really useful and I've genuinely enjoyed that feature.
Cons
The pricing has become pretty expensive especially when we considered adding more people to the team. In the end, we decided against expanding because the cost was just too high.

“top-notch designs”
Pros
It really stands out for how flexible it is when working with all the different elements. It gives a lot of freedom to mix and use things the way you want which makes designing feel much more creative and customizable.
Cons
One area where I use it is for creating slides and documents.

“Great for online content”
Pros
This tool works really well for anyone creating content online. It's simple to use and gets the job done very efficiently.
Cons
Canva is suitable for just about everyone though the free version could offer more features. Even with that, it's still a very good tool.

“complete publishing toolkit”
Pros
Handles pretty much everything related to design and desktop publishing so it covers all the bases I need in one place.
Cons
The free template selection feels too limited and it would be better to have more standard, basic generic templates available at no cost.

“Awesome tool”
Pros
Being able to customize things quickly is a big plus and the pricing feels fair for what you get.
Cons
It's generally user-friendly but I still think it could be more adaptive. The templates are really nice when you don't have a specific look in mind but if you're after a particular design, the options might feel limited.

“user-friendly”
Pros
Compared with Photoshop, this is much more approachable to use. It's user-friendly, comes with plenty of templates for people who are just getting started and they regularly update a wide range of app integrations as well.
Cons
While searching stock photos inside the templates, the "add to album" and "report" buttons sit far too close to each other. I've nearly reported a photo by mistake instead of saving it to an album more times than I can count.

“Good overall”
Pros
Canva feels very user-friendly and comes with plenty of tools that help with almost anything you want to create. Whether it's posters, graphic designs or presentations, it covers a lot. It has really helped me in my role produce high-quality work with very little effort.
Cons
One frustrating part is how it handles elements that fall under its "Pro" features. If you try to download a presentation that includes a Canva Pro design, it doesn't point out which slide contains the Pro element. Because of that, it can take quite a while to track down where the issue is.

“beginner-friendly!”
Pros
This is one of the best apps I've used for creating and editing photos and documents. It comes with a wide range of advanced features yet they're still simple to understand and put into use.
Cons
When my internet connection is weak, the software tends to glitch which can slow down my work since the layers don't always load the way they should.

“lots of customization”
Pros
Even if you're just starting out with editing, it is simple to use and doesn't feel overwhelming. It also comes with a ton of customization options so there's a lot you can tweak and personalize.
Cons
The photo editing side feels a bit limited because there aren't as many options there and some editing elements or features need to be purchased separately.

“Simple to use”
Pros
Canva is incredibly easy to use, even for someone like me who doesn't have a lot of design experience. The interface is user-friendly and it's really simple to navigate through all the features.
Cons
The AI image generator, Dall-E, hasn't been very helpful. You can't really refine your previous requests to get more detail, which means you have to start a completely new search each time. It would be nice if there was a way to tweak what you've already created.
