“perfect for us”
Pros
The biggest plus for me is how flexible the templates are so I can customize them to match exactly what I need. The AI tools are a nice bonus and there's also a wide variety of templates and graphics to choose from.
Cons
A few features aren't always easy to locate which can be a little frustrating. I also wish there were more options available for adding captions or subtitles to videos.

“campaigns made easy”
Pros
Using this has been really simple. I still prefer the desktop version over the mobile app though both work really well. The free plan makes it accessible to just about anyone and since I use Pro, it has turned into an essential part of my marketing campaigns.
Cons
Honestly I don't have many complaints. Once in a while, designs would glitch and save differently than how they looked when I created them especially with text shifting onto a new line when it wasn't set up that way. It hasn't happened lately though and that's really the only issue I've had.

“easy for everyone”
Pros
This tool feels very adaptive especially for anyone without a design background who still wants to create professional-looking graphics. It's simple to work with on both the desktop version and the mobile app.
Cons
The search feature can be hit or miss and it doesn't always bring up helpful results when searching for specific keywords.

“Its good”
Pros
Love it! It makes it possible to create content even if you're not an editing expert, thanks to pre-made templates that are simple to customize.
Cons
A lot of the templates it offers are often locked behind the paid Pro version but okay the ones available are also good!

“Positive experience”

This tool gives me plenty of creative freedom to build all kinds of assets, from social media content and booklets to posters, notecards and even mood boards for brainstorming. The platform is very simple to pick up and use and it's also a really budget-friendly option.
Cons
At times some features feel a little limited and certain editing tools, like brightness controls or the background remover, can be somewhat finicky.

It's incredibly simple to use and it makes our documents and flyers look absolutely superb!

One thing missing is a filter that lets you narrow the content down to only the free-to-use options.

“excellent experience”
Pros
From a brand management perspective, Canva's biggest advantage is how approachable and accessible it is. Anyone on our team can put together high-quality designs without needing advanced graphic design expertise. The drag-and-drop interface makes it quick to create visually appealing presentations social media posts, internal documents and marketing materials. Because it's so user-friendly, we're able to work faster and keep our branding consistent across all of our visual content.
Cons
Compared with more advanced professional design tools, my biggest concern with it is that it has limited customization options and fewer sophisticated design capabilities.

“design made easy”
Pros
It has been really satisfying to use because of the wide variety of resources it offers and the different kinds of edits and designs you can create. It's convenient, user-friendly and makes the whole design process feel much more accessible.
Cons
We're subscribed to its highest-priced plan so it does feel a little expensive. That said, it still feels worth paying for considering everything it offers.

“abrupt subscription switch outrage”
Pros
This is an incredibly strong product and you can truly create just about anything with it.
Cons
I'm furious. After being a loyal customer for years, my subscription was changed to a Teams plan without any warning, just because I once collaborated with someone on an invitation. Then they even sent me an email claiming this was some kind of "benefit" for being a long-time customer, while I'm suddenly expected to pay 70 euros more. That's ridiculous. They switched my plan to a more expensive Teams subscription without my permission, even though I've always had a Pro plan and that's clearly shown on all of my invoices. And now I'm the one who has to cancel it and sign up again myself? This mistake is theirs, not mine.

Pros
It has been really practical for me. It helps me promote my products without much effort and it works very well for creating flyers and promotional posts.
Cons
Nothing much to dislike about it because it's such a complete app. If I had to mention something, I'd say the free version could offer more appealing images and a wider selection of attractive options.
