polished visuals

Pros

Canva has been really useful for editing designs and building presentations and the tools do a nice job with image handling and font matching. It also helps me create attractive digital marketing posters that look polished and visually appealing. It is also helpful for making a LinkedIn profile photo look more professional and it lets me add skills in a way that stands out clearly on the profile image. That makes it easier for recruiters to notice important details at a first glance when they visit a professional LinkedIn profile.

simple to use

Pros

There's a lot of freedom to create art and all kinds of different things with it.

Cons

A few parts are frustrating, like the premium price and the fact that you can't make your artwork offline.

made design easier

Pros

A lot to love here. It's simple to use, sharing documents is simple, exporting to different formats works really well and collaborating with others is smooth. The range of features just keeps going.

Cons

Updating logos to different color variations can be a bit fiddly but I usually get around that by using the presets.

templates are good

Pros

Using it feels very simple and there's a wide selection of visually appealing templates to choose from. The drag-and-drop tools are adaptive which makes it possible for users to create professional-looking designs even without advanced graphic design skills.

Cons

Designs can end up looking a bit generic if the templates aren't customized.

keeps getting better

Pros

It has been part of my workflow for nearly ten years, covering everything from social media graphics and Pinterest pins to polished logos and printable materials for my parenting blog and related projects. Moving up to the Pro plan has absolutely been worth it because of the wider selection of graphics and images, along with extra features like saving custom brand colors, fonts and other branding elements. After you get comfortable with the platform, it becomes very simple to create professional-looking designs consistently, even without much design experience. It's simple enough that I've even shown my kids and their friends how to use it for school assignments and personal projects. Also, it keeps adding useful tools like text curving, background removal and AI-generated design features which makes it feel more valuable the longer I use it.

Cons

While the platform is powerful and easy once mastered, the initial onboarding can be overwhelming due to the sheer number of features. It's simple to use for specific tasks but discovering the full range of capabilities takes time.

editing made easy

Pros

There's a wide range of templates for all kinds of media which makes it really useful. It's also very approachable for beginners and non-designers, with cool video editing tools and well-organized media management.

Cons

A frustrating issue comes up while creating graphics, locking a layer doesn't let you easily select the item underneath and it keeps picking the same locked layer instead. Another problem is the template search,if the mouse moves away from the search box, even without clicking, it cancels what you're typing.

so convenient

Pros

Really simple to use and the best part for me is how quickly I can put together designs for personal projects and make eye-catching posts and stories for my Instagram without needing any graphic design background. Another thing I enjoy is how well it supports teamwork since my assistant and I can both collaborate on the same projects. The price compared to what it offers is excellent.

Cons

Honestly I don't have anything negative to say about it. I consider it one of the best tools out there and I end up using it almost every single day.

good experience overall

Pros

Using it with my team has really helped set the company up for success. It comes with thousands of design templates that each person in the organization can adapt based on what our clients want and need. You can also set up brand templates which makes it much easier to create content that always stays consistent with the brand. Another useful feature is the background remover which works in just a few clicks. Resizing designs is simple too. It lets us do almost anything we need creatively without having to master Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator which are much more complex graphic design tools.

Cons

This application comes in two versions, a free one and a paid one. The problem is that many of the most impressive designs are locked behind the paid plan. It also works entirely with an internet connection so if the connection drops, you lose access to your workspace. Also, I don't think the logo design options are all that appealing. In my opinion, there is still a need for better-quality logo designs.

effortless !!

Pros

Putting together a design for pretty much anything feels very simple since the tools are well organized and placed where they're easy to find. Also, there are thousands of elements and images available to enhance whatever you're creating.

Cons

Every now and then it freezes a bit especially when trying to edit or replace an image.

fantastic !

Pros

Right from the moment editing begins, Canva's templates are the standout feature for me. I've used other design tools before but none of them offer platform-provided templates the way it does. Another big advantage is how user-friendly it is while still packing in plenty of features. Even someone with no design background or a complete beginner can put together attractive designs here. More recently, the addition of MagicAI has been a really nice upgrade since it can generate templates from prompts. That's genuinely a very useful feature.

Cons

The part I liked least was the elements and music library. The selection feels limited and even with the premium version there still aren't enough elements or music options available. I think it should expand both libraries and make them free to use. I'm also not happy with the upload feature. Whenever I upload files such as images, videos or audio, I run into quite a few glitches during the process.

its great

Pros

Using Canva feels very simple and that simplicity is the part I enjoy most about the program.

Cons

One thing that could be better is the pricing of the premium plans since in some international currencies the monthly cost ends up being quite expensive.

I recommend it

Pros

Before this tool, I had no idea how to handle edits, create ebooks or work with video and photo editing. Using it helped me learn all of that in a very natural way and I was able to pick things up quickly through the platform.

Cons

A frustrating part is when I create an ebook and try to download it as a PDF. After that, when I upload it to certain platforms, it doesn't work because the file size is too large and unfortunately I can't make the needed size adjustments here.

results are great

Pros

There are over 250,000 free templates available, plus more than 100 design formats for things like social media posts, presentations, letters and plenty of other uses. It also comes with more than a million free photos and graphic elements, along with lots of themes for different occasions.

Cons

The only thing missing is that the app could offer more tutorials to help users learn how to use it.

versatile design tools

Pros

It works well for a wide range of design needs. I use it for personal graphics, business marketing pieces, educational presentations and plenty of other projects. It offers a solid variety of tools and design elements that support different kinds of creative work.

Cons

A few of the more advanced design techniques can take extra time to learn and may require some familiarity with graphic design basics.

canva delivers professional results

Pros

Canva is a very affordable platform and it lets just about anyone create professional, eye-catching designs even without a background in graphic design or marketing. It makes the whole process of designing and downloading files in different formats and high quality very simple, while also allowing full customization to match a brand's visual identity. Another useful feature is team creation, where you can control what each user is able to view or edit. Also, the platform includes a wide range of templates, images, fonts and design elements to personalize content. There is definitely a bigger variety and better quality available in the paid plans but even then it still feels cost-effective considering how many tools are included.

Cons

Even though the platform is budget-friendly, a lot of users end up staying on the free version which is noticeably more limited when it comes to templates, image libraries, fonts, elements and access to certain tools that are only included in the paid plan. The export settings are also somewhat restricted especially when it comes to file types like Raw.

fantastic image library

Pros

The Pro version gives access to a huge collection of images and plenty of features and the app version is a real plus when I need to put together graphics quickly. The one-click background removal is especially handy and saves a lot of time.

Cons

It does feel a bit limited when it comes to editing photos that I upload myself.
