“Useful for designing logos and prints”
Pros
What I truly appreciate is just how pixel-perfect and accurate everything feels when you're working. It has this incredible way of letting you snap shapes together and manipulate text with a level of precision that just feels trustworthy. It's honestly become my go-to for any logo design or printed material because you know the final product is going to be exactly what you envisioned. And as a huge bonus even when you're dealing with a massive, complex file, it handles it way better than you'd think, it doesn't bog down or get sluggish which is a lifesaver when you're deep in a detailed project.
Cons
A few of the functions are not very user friendly especially when you are new to the program. And because it's not the primary software our team uses I frequently have to change my file types so they work with everyone elses process.

“way too terrible customer service”
Pros
It is a decent program when it actually functions. Sadly I do not have other positive points because their customer help and support basically does not exist.
Cons
Our team has used CorelDRAW for many years. While the program itself has good points the customer service is truly terrible. It is almost impossible to contact an actual human as the phone lines are often dead ends, emails come back as invalid and support requests get ignored for weeks. If you do get a reply, it is typically a generic, copied message that does not solve your problem. I had a simple license problem that should have been fixed quickly but instead, I was shuffled between different chat helpers and email chains for more than a month without any fix.

“A stable and reliable choice”
Pros
I prefer CorelDRAW because it has been stable and reliable for a long time. It is both very user-friendly and powerful for creating vector graphics.
Cons
Its tools for working with regular photo files are much weaker than Photoshop and similar programs. In my opinion including that module was not really needed.
