Pros

It's clear this platform was built for the way modern jobs work, where being physically present matters less than having dependable and efficient communication. I find it a very useful tool for handling business interactions through video calls and real-time file sharing without interruptions. Screen sharing is also included which makes it simple for me to follow along with what a colleague or partner is doing during a meeting.

Cons

Haven't run into any issues with it. I'm able to send Excel files, other documents or even images while I'm in meetings and that makes it a really great communication option that feels accessible to just about anyone.

We've used this before and it's been an excellent option for online meetings. Whenever everyone needs to get together but can't make it in person by car, this gives us a way to meet virtually and it works really well for me.

Being able to record calls has been the most valuable part of this software for me. We use that feature a lot because it lets us go back and review conversations whenever something was missed or needs clarification.

The only downside for me is that the desktop app can feel a bit crowded and there are times when I get a little turned around trying to navigate everything.

Back when Meeting first came out, we started using it and it really became much more useful during Covid. I used it regularly for school board meetings and even the older members were able to get comfortable with it and use it without much trouble.

Since it added video, the experience doesn't feel quite the same as it used to although we still really enjoy using it overall. The bigger challenge is that some of the older board members find it more difficult now because they have to download an app.

Recording sessions is really convenient for me and the app is quick to download and start using right away. I also appreciate that the recordings are emailed immediately afterward which makes it simple to watch them again or share them with other people.

Setting up meetings with more than one participant can be challenging unless you have administrator access.

Great tool.... Being able to host both voice and video meetings is a big plus for me. It's simple to use, costs very little and still includes most of the features you get from other services. Definitely worth choosing if you want to save some money.

this software has been very easy for me. Customers can usually figure out where everything is without any trouble and the layout feels simple. Another big plus is the free unlimited recording, along with a local phone number people can call into without needing a PIN.

One part I'm not a fan of is the mobile version since it can't view or share screens. It also doesn't capture screen recordings for meetings and only records the audio.

Sadly, the platform seems to have gone downhill over time. Lately, we've run into a lot of cases where people dialed in or joined through the web but still weren't admitted to the meeting, along with other access problems that have made joining unreliable.
