“AI recaps save time”
Pros
One feature I keep coming back to is Ghostwriter, the AI recaps and summaries tool. Instead of having to jot everything down manually, the itGPT-powered AI puts together a very accurate meeting summary for me. It automatically pulls out action items, like who is sending a proposal by Friday and also gives me a searchable transcript afterward. That alone cuts out around 10 to 15 minutes of admin work for every meeting which adds up quickly.
Cons
There are still some transcription misses with the Robotic feature. The AI does a great job overall but it is not flawless. It tends to have trouble with heavy accents, technical terminology or moments when multiple people are speaking at the same time. Every now and then, I have to go back and clean up parts of the automated summary because it misunderstood a product name or an industry-specific term.

“billing mess and broken calls”
Pros
Honestly I didn't find anything positive to take away. The technology felt clunky and unreliable, account management was a disaster and the call reporting was poor. There was also a noticeable lag when placing calls which led to customers hanging up. It ended up costing our outbound sales department thousands of dollars.
Cons
Dealing with their account management has been awful. We ended the contract correctly yet they still haven't been able to sort it out. We've been trying for more than six months to get a refund for charges they kept taking after cancellation. I would strongly advise against doing business with them because nothing seems to make them care.

“Reliable platform with a clean interface”
Pros
The platform has a really nice overall feel for me and the interface is easy to navigate. It's user-friendly and dependable most of the time which makes day-to-day use pretty comfortable.
Cons
Because our use case involved a lot of outbound lead calling, I really wish it had stronger predictive dialing to make that process more efficient.

Pros
Being able to watch the call get transcribed live has been incredibly helpful for me. It makes a big difference to have something I can go back and review later to see exactly what the caller was saying.
Cons
Conference calls can be tricky sometimes. I'd also like the quick search to include more people when transferring calls to voicemail.

Pros
Conference calling has been a big help for me with this product. I'm regularly on calls where the attorneys need to join together first and then bring the Court into the conversation. Usually, I just send around the dial-in number and once everyone is connected, I add the Court through the website. That setup works really well for the way we handle these calls.
Cons
One small downside is that when dialing out from the computer, you can't hear what's happening on the other end. Because of that, if no one joins the call after a while, I'm left assuming that nobody answered.

This software has been really helpful for me in staying connected with customers. The security level is strong which I really appreciate. It's also very useful that phone calls can be recorded and turned into transcripts, summaries, keywords and investigation questions. Another feature I value is being able to record greetings, set business hours and use automatic voice messages.
Cons
Every now and then, there are some connection problems. Sometimes when making a call, I can't hear the customer at all and have to restart the system to get it working again.

Still, it's clear the team has been putting in real effort to improve the platform and make it the best it can be. They've also rolled out some really impressive updates over time.

To get this tool up and running in the company was surprisingly quick for me, mainly because the signup process is very simple. Another thing worth highlighting for me is the excellent audio quality during calls. Getting up to 30 minutes free is a really nice perk for me and I also appreciate that they automatically email a copy of the call for my records just a few minutes after it ends.

A client from the U.S. recommended it so we could stay in touch and asked me to try two apps. The first one was a disaster but the second was Dialpad and I ended up loving it. The screen experience is really good, the image quality looks excellent and the most valuable feature for me has been the file sharing.
