“quick setup and clean interface”
Pros
Getting started took very little time and setting up the free trial was just as easy for me. The UI/UX is simple and it also comes with a great range of integrations.
Cons
One downside is the low brand recognition, most of my colleagues and customers had never heard of UC. It also doesn't really stand out in the crowded video conferencing market so the value proposition feels hard to differentiate.

“Fantastic for client calls”
Pros
Using this software for interviewing potential clients and hosting conference calls has been excellent for me. It's very easy to use and operate which makes the whole process simple and efficient.
Cons
Honestly there isn't anything I disliked about this product. Its simplicity and user-friendly design are exactly what make it work so well.

“flexible desktop UI and recording tools”
Pros
The desktop interface looks really polished and gives a lot of flexibility. It also lets my clients know right at the start that the session is being recorded and I'm able to send them the recording afterward which is very helpful.
Cons
It could use more call-in numbers because international clients can't dial in right now and have to use the app or desktop over Wi-Fi instead. It can also feel a bit laggy at times.

“simple meetings and handy calendar sync”
Pros
Joining this tool for meetings is very easy. I can get into an existing call within seconds, whether I have a Highfive account or not, just by using a simple link. That makes it really convenient when setting up meetings with clients outside our company. One feature I really enjoy is the Google Calendar integration. You can connect Highfive to your Google email account and when the desktop app is open, any meetings on your Google Calendar that include a Highfive room show up in a bar at the bottom. I just click the meeting there and I'm in right away. I also really appreciate the "Show Everyone" option since it lets me view all participants in a meeting no matter how large the group is.
Cons
Not a con but every few days or so, I run into an issue where joining a work meeting fails and somehow knocks my internet connection offline completely. When that happens, I have to restart my modem before I can reconnect and finally join the meeting. I'm still not completely sure whether the problem is with my internet service or with Highfive itself but I almost never have this kind of trouble with other video conferencing tools which makes me think Highfive is likely the cause.

“refreshing calls with handy transcripts”
Pros
After dealing with a bit too much Zoom, this has felt like a refreshing change. The hold music is a nice little touch and I also appreciate the automatic alerts when someone joins the room. Being able to get both a transcript and a recording of the call is really useful too.
Cons
The free plan's 45-minute meeting cap can be limiting. I've also had a few issues with people entering the room during back-to-back meetings and screen sharing takes a little time to figure out since it doesn't clearly show what's being shared.

“fantastic for interviewing”
Pros
I like that it is a user-friendly video conferencing tool that works well across different situations especially when it comes to interviews.
Cons
Getting started is fairly easy but the joining process for interviewees can be a bit confusing since there are multiple ways to connect, such as using the Chrome plugin or downloading the app.

“simple browser-based calling”
Pros
One of the best things about it is how easy it is to use. Unlike a lot of other calling software, there's nothing to download before joining. When someone invites me to a call, I just open the link and choose whether to connect through my computer audio or dial in from my phone. Compared with other platforms, the entire process feels much more uncomplicated.
Cons
This platform does update its interface pretty often so if you get used to finding a certain button in one spot, it may not stay there for long.

“clean interface and clear calls”
Pros
Using it feels very easy thanks to the user-friendly interface and the voice and video quality have been consistently good in my opinion.
Cons
It still doesn't handle network changes very well. If the internet connection switches, the app has to be reloaded. It also needs a feature for creating rooms.

“crisp calls and polished design”
Pros
This platform feels thoughtfully designed and that makes video conferencing feel very simple. Its plans come with hardware included, plus mobile and desktop apps and it's also convenient that I can join through a browser if needed. The audio and video quality have consistently been clear, with little to no lag during meetings.
Cons
There is a limit of 125 participants per meeting which might be an issue for larger companies but aside from that I really don't have any complaints.

“flexible calling that delivers”
Pros
Using it throughout the workday has been really convenient for me and its simplicity is a big part of why it's so valuable. People can either dial in by phone or join from their computer which makes it especially practical.
Cons
One limitation with this tool is that screen sharing only works in Chrome and that can be inconvenient at times. We've also run into a few glitches with that feature before.
