“good storage but confusing”
Pros
It offers really good value for the price, the search and navigation tools work well and there's plenty of storage for a large organization managing a huge number of documents.
Cons
Editing and commenting tools are very confusing and that's where it really falls short. When my team collaborates on designs, leaving live comments for each other and making changes together turns into a frustrating mess.

“accessible file sharing across devices”
Pros
After trying several online file managers, mostly free ones, Dropbox still feels like the most accessible option to me. Moving documents back and forth between a Mac and a Windows PC is usually a hassle but with it I can upload all my files in one place and open them from either device without any trouble.
Cons
The only downside is the cost of extra storage which I find too high. The free plan already gives me the features I need but I simply need more space.
