“remote teamwork is manageable now”
Pros
It has been very useful for sharing files both inside and outside the company especially with options like links, permissions, expiration dates and password protection. Real-time collaboration is also a big plus and tools such as Dropbox Paper, e-signatures and DocSend tracking make remote teamwork much more manageable which matters a lot for how we work.
Cons
One downside is the pricing which is noticeably higher compared to Google OneDrive. On top of that, anyone coming from Google Drive or OneDrive may need time to adjust to it and the learning curve can be pretty steep especially for older users.

“frustrating interface and syncing”
Pros
Honestly there wasn't much that worked for me here. I ended up giving up on it because the interface felt so confusing and the syncing process was way too complicated.
Cons
Right from the start, the interface felt difficult to deal with. I couldn't reliably find my files and I was never confident that everything was actually syncing. Setting it up and accessing my documents felt unnecessarily complicated.

“charged for Free Trial”
Pros
Honestly there was nothing worthwhile enough to keep us using it. Our company has now made it policy not to use this service, we deleted the account and we will not accept files sent this way anymore.
Cons
It kept asking for payment just to receive files shared by clients which was incredibly frustrating. Even when choosing the free trial, they still charged us anyway. On top of that, the whole service felt laggy and hard to navigate.

Pros
Dropbox Business has become one of those tools I rely on every day without really thinking about it. It keeps my campaign assets, approvals and client files organized and I don't have to stress about version conflicts. Smart Sync is especially helpful because it saves my laptop from getting overloaded and sharing files is simple enough that I can just send a link and people get what they need without any extra back-and-forth.

Pros
One thing that really stood out was how well files stayed synchronized across all my devices as I was always able to get the most up-to-date version no matter where I was or when I needed it. The collaboration tools were also a big plus especially shared folders and comments which made working with a team much more convenient.

“Excellent value for the price”
Pros
Dropbox gives our company excellent value for the price. The platform is very user-friendly and since so many other businesses already know it, people are usually comfortable receiving files through it. One thing that really stood out was being able to grant access to several people at once for team collaboration on projects. It also lets the team keep everything organized in folders which makes searching for files and navigating a project much more convenient.
Cons
There have been times when clients rejected the access link I sent because their email security systems blocked it. That seems to happen because a lot of phishing emails imitate its-style links which can make recipients wary. It helps to give people a heads-up before sending the invitation.

It uses 256 bit AES and SSL/TLS encryption which is a big plus for data compliance. The interface feels very user-friendly especially with the drag-and-drop functionality. It's also very convenient that we can edit text and reorganize pages in PDFs directly within this tool.
Cons
The free basic plan only comes with 2GB of storage and after that the pricing jumps pretty quickly. Another downside is that installing the desktop app creates a folder on your hard drive which takes up local space and, in our case, ended up slowing the system down a bit.
