“helpful board meeting companion”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is that this is a Minnesota-based company. The platform is very simple to use and it has made preparing for board meetings much more manageable for me.
Cons
Getting every board member to complete their profiles took a bit of effort and it was also somewhat difficult to carve out the time needed to upload all the documents.
