Getting around the system isn't difficult and it gives us one place to store all of our board documents and organizational materials so they're available through the portal whenever we need them.

Cons

Using the platform is simple enough but from an admin standpoint I wish I could update a board member's email address without having to reach out to the vendor. It would also help to keep a directory of former board members for historical records without needing to increase our license since those individuals are no longer active. Also, for a lot of users it feels like one more portal they're expected to log into for something they only use occasionally.

Accessing shared materials with staff and volunteers was very convenient and the whole process was simple and quick to learn.

Its use felt somewhat limited. The platform worked well for documents but some data still had to be copied and pasted instead of being shared in its original format.

I had such a positive experience using it. It's incredibly efficient, very user-friendly and simple to navigate which really makes day-to-day tasks a lot easier.

Since I only started using it a few months ago, I'm still in the early stages but the onboarding has been really simple. They offer one-on-one orientations, useful tools and helpful people to guide you through everything. The software itself is also very user-friendly.

At this point since I'm still new to the platform, I honestly haven't run into any major problems. A few small kinks have popped up here and there but the AI support and staff have always helped me work through them.

One thing that could make it even better is letting users check themselves in for meetings instead of relying on an administrator to check in everyone.

Having all the information in one place, along with the calendar feature, has been really helpful. It's especially convenient to click on a meeting in the calendar and instantly pull up all the related details.

Adding meetings to my calendar takes 2 or 3 steps which feels a bit more involved than it should be. We also ran into some early issues with board members using Outlook although those did get resolved.

Everything related to our meetings stays really well organized which has made a big difference for us. The library for storing extra materials has been a total game changer for our team.

Something my board has wanted is a comments or discussion feature so conversations about specific meetings or projects could be saved right alongside the meeting information. but thats not at all a dealbreaker, i love this tool overall.

The only challenge is constantly helping the less tech-savvy people figure out how to view things. That's not really a problem with the software itself though,some people are just resistant to technology.

Overall, the platform works really well but the mobile experience still has room for improvement. A few board members have pointed out that reviewing and navigating documents on smaller screens can be somewhat awkward. A better-optimised mobile app would definitely make the platform even stronger.

Running a nonprofit, it has really helped our Board of Directors keep access to all the documents needed for every board meeting. It also stores past materials in a history file which is very helpful when we need to look back at information from earlier meetings. Having our organizational documents in one place is convenient too since board members can quickly pull up the bylaws, board policy manual and other important files. Another helpful feature is that before each upcoming event posted in the tool, reminder emails are automatically sent to everyone on the list.

Printing from it is frustrating. You have to open the file first, then download it and only after that can you print it. A lot of people have mentioned how inconvenient and time-consuming those extra steps are.

Something that has worked really well is how it keeps meeting contacts updated alongside events so the information stays current without extra effort.

At first, the File Folder felt pretty dated and awkward to use but that issue has been fixed since then.

All board members have one well-organized hub where they can access all of the corporation's materials. Another feature I really appreciate is being able to send a single announcement and have it automatically emailed to everyone in the group.

Cons

One thing I still haven't worked out is how to open a document without having to download it first. That could simply be because I'm not very tech-savvy although EasyBoard is still pretty user-friendly.
