Getting this set up was very simple. The forms are detailed, the pricing works well for what you get and adding them to my website was simple.

Cons

The downside shows up on mobile. When I need to review form data on my phone, the layout doesn't respond well and it becomes difficult to navigate.

Having the ability to build forms around exactly what we need has been a huge plus. We can handle instructional walk-throughs, document student behaviors and even communicate with parents all within the same application. The data collection feature also makes it very simple to review our work and see the information we need quickly which helps us make educational and instructional decisions right away.

Every now and then there's a minor glitch although at times it seems like it may be due to user error rather than the application itself.

So to get everything set up was simple and configuring it to match our needs didn't take much effort. It has been really useful for organizing reports and handling event registrations.

Customization involves too many unnecessary steps and some features are hard to work with if you're not already familiar with the platform. I ended up Googling a lot just to figure things out. It really needs clearer in-app or in-browser guidance and I also wish the forms and surveys allowed more customization to match what we want.

Getting started with it was very simple and the functionality has been excellent. Everyone on my staff was able to learn how to update existing forms and build new ones, replacing forms that used to be done by hand with versions we can now send electronically.

Building professional-looking forms with this platform doesn't require any coding or HTML knowledge which has been a huge advantage. Over the years, it has proven to be a dependable tool that has strengthened our member engagement efforts and supported our programs by letting people upload additional documentation through forms. It's also helpful that I can assign access to multiple team members so they can create their own forms while only seeing the ones meant for them. That setup has really helped our staff collect important data and input in an organized way, with the option to export everything to an .xls file. Also, being able to place the Java link on a webpage means any changes made to a form in emailmeform automatically show up on our website right away.

Honestly I don't have any complaints. It has continued to provide a professional platform and a reliable way to capture data in different formats.

Running horse shows involves handling a high volume of entries and this software makes that process really manageable. Competitors especially love being able to submit their entries online and they often mention how simple the system is to use.

The one thing I'd really like to see is more payment options. I appreciate having PayPal available but the fees can add up quickly at times. It would also help if there were a way to offer PayPal through a "friends and family" option.

Putting together surveys and response forms with it feels very simple. Rather than spending time dealing with backend setup, I can click through a few options and start collecting data right away. The forms also embed well on websites and when needed, I can just send people a link instead.

A limitation I've run into is that there isn't a forced ranking question type. I don't need it very often but when I do, I have to come up with a creative workaround to make it happen.
