“Really comprehensive forms for hr”

Pros

Running hiring workflows takes a lot of different application forms and this tool has been really convenient to work with. I can duplicate forms quickly, switch up the themes to match the look I want and keep everything organized without much effort. Another big plus is how well it connects with Google Sheets which makes handling submitted data much more practical.

Cons

The only thing I'd really want improved is the selection of pre-built themes since the current options could be better. But overall, it's a solid tool and i cant find a real big fault with it!

“Has reliable PCI vault”

Pros

Right from the start, the platform offers a strong set of features. Setting up automated workflows is simple and it makes it simple to review data, accept payments and export information when needed. There's also a good selection of templates that helps you get going quickly. Security is clearly a priority for them, with MFA in place and I've found their PCI Vault service to be very dependable. Whenever I've needed help, their customer support team has been responsive and well-informed. I'd definitely recommend this product.

Cons

I really don't have any specific complaints. It does exactly what my business needs it to do.

“Top notch support”

Pros

Getting forms built with this software has been really simple. It packs a lot of powerful features, the customer service has been excellent and the pricing feels very fair. There are plenty of useful templates for creating new forms and it includes pretty much every feature I could imagine needing.

Cons

Honestly there is not much for me to complain about. The only thing that might make it better is offering phone support but their team responds so quickly that it has not really been an issue for us.

“affordable forms”

Pros

Budget-wise, this worked out really well for our lower-volume needs. We're paying much less than we would with other online form tools yet we still get practical, functional forms that do exactly what we need them to do. I also prefer the compact, more traditional form layout over the newer styles a lot of competitors use. Another nice bonus is that file attachments are included even in the lowest paid tier, without any extra fee.

Cons

On the downside, the basic form plan doesn't offer much in the way of useful form logic unless you pay for custom implementation. We also looked at the next tier up and while it added some logic options, they felt pretty limited and somewhat dated when I tested them.

“very dependable”

Pros

It simply does what it's supposed to do. We used to run forms from our own server and website and the emails were constantly unreliable. Since uptime is such a critical part of keeping a business running properly, having this work consistently has been a big plus.

Cons

Don't have any real complaints. It keeps running without issues and that reliability is what matters most.

“user-friendly setup”

Pros

Getting this software up and running was very simple. The interface is user-friendly, the setup and deployment process is simple and it's honestly difficult to get anything wrong. Pretty much anyone on the team could handle it without much trouble.

Cons

One thing we'd still like to see is a larger selection of templates, along with more options to customize the forms so they better match the look and feel of our website themes.

“Makes our workflow better”

Pros

Works well with our existing systems and the email notifications go to the right people which has been really useful.

Cons

Adding the logo was frustrating because it kept showing different size requirements when I tried to upload it. That part definitely needs to be more user-friendly.

“daily registration made simple”

Pros

Getting it up and running was quick and customizing it to fit our needs was simple. Exporting the data to Excel is just as simple and since I use it every day to manage all of our registrations, that convenience really matters.

Cons

I honestly don't have any complaints. I've been very happy with it..

“forms that transformed our workflow”

Pros

Every day, this software proves how practical it is. The setup is simple and using it doesn't take much effort. The form-building features have significantly improved how we serve our stakeholders especially by cutting down on paper forms, submissions and manual data entry.

Cons

At this point, there really isn't anything about the product that we dislike.

“forms for every department”

Pros

Across our organization, this application handles a lot for us. We use it to generate emailable work orders for all kinds of needs, including IT issues, facility and maintenance requests and new user setups. It also helps us build our annual employee education exams so staff can complete them online and the right departments receive the results. Considering the price, it's a very flexible and highly customizable product.

Cons

What would make it even better is having more control over the page people see after submitting a form. It would be helpful to add images or include links that send them back to a specific website. Just a suggestion, it already is great as it is though

“user-friendly”

Pros

One of the first things that stood out to me was how user-friendly and manageable this software is. I joined Wartburg last November and had to figure out the system already being used by the Education Department on my own. Since it was so user friendly, I was able to learn it without much trouble and keep using it for our department, then expand it to Social Work as well. At this point, I'm creating forms that teachers in the community use to evaluate Wartburg Education students during both Field Placement and Student Teaching. I'm also able to gather the submitted EmailMeForms data and pass it along to our Assessment Coordinator.

Cons

The trickiest part for me comes up when I'm building a form and need the title section to include instructions too. It has been a little while since I created a brand-new form but if I remember right, having a few more options when starting from scratch would be a nice improvement.

“Missing analytics”

Pros

Round-the-clock phone access makes it convenient for end users and the ability to customize form options is a really strong feature.

Cons

Biggest downside is that customer service responses are not timely. It also lacks user behavior analytics, sales reporting and analytics, sales campaigns, workflows and other broader visual dashboard features.

“saves so much time”

Pros

One of the best parts is the form logic. It lets me design what users see based on their earlier responses and I can also adjust the content of the completion email which saves a lot of time in several ways. Being able to duplicate and modify older forms or reports is another big plus and helps speed things up. Overall, it's user-friendly and gives me plenty of flexibility.

Cons

The only frustration is that I can't export report data directly from the report itself. Instead, I have to return to the form manager to do the export and that means I end up looking at more data than I actually need.

“Amazing!”

Pros

Compared with other tools I've used, the standout benefit here is being able to duplicate a form. That matters a lot once you've already built out complicated logic and want to reuse that same setup in another form without starting from scratch.

Cons

Nothing negative about it!

“I love this platform”

Pros

Biggest advantages has been how adaptable the software is. It's made customizing forms for a medical practice very simple and practical.

Cons

Printing is where it feels a bit limited. It would be much better if there were a way to print an editable version that closely matched how the form looks online.

“useful surveys and exports”

Pros

Helps us gather all kinds of information in a survey-style format, then export it to Excel for tracking, reporting and analysis.

Cons

One thing that would really improve it is being able to copy or insert fields directly where they belong in the form instead of having them added to the end and then needing to drag them into place. It would also be helpful to have multiple user logins under a single account.

“flexible forms with tons of options”

Pros

Starting from an existing form makes weekly updates really convenient since I can duplicate one and adjust it for whatever I need that week. There are lots of variations and customization options so if you're creative, you can pretty much collect any type of data you want. I also really appreciate being able to set some fields as required while leaving others optional.

Cons

Something I have to watch out for is removing the old data from the previous form I copied. I'd also like the option to edit a submitted entry when someone calls and says they made a mistake. That may already be possible but I haven't reached out to me to confirm. It would also be helpful if I could connect it with Square for taking payments.

“So easy to create forms”

Pros

Creating forms is really simple which makes the whole setup process much more convenient.

Cons

Printing can be frustrating at times. Sometimes the fields come out too narrow which causes the form to stretch across way too many pages and ends up wasting paper.
