“well-organized tool”
Pros
Everything is laid out clearly and simple to use. The software keeps my contest organized without any hassle and getting information out to consumers is never a problem. Honestly our contest wouldn't function without this software. It has been completely reliable for us and I haven't run into any issues with it.
Cons
The only thing I'd want improved is a better way to filter out duplicate entries and users who create fake accounts.

“It works well for us”
Pros
Being able to build custom forms with dropdowns and buttons for both my own websites and my clients' sites has been a huge plus especially since it lets me avoid relying on WordPress plugins. My clients receive email notifications and I'm copied on every form too which helps me confirm everything is working the way it should.
Cons
Nothing really stands out as a downside although improved image control for headers would be a nice addition.

“integrations are great”
Pros
One thing that really works well with it is the combination of strong integrations and customizable auto-response features which has helped our team make the whole process much more efficient. We work in an Office 365 environment and while it does include its own forms tool, it does not offer anonymous submissions or allow attachments. Those are two features we really appreciate having in this software.
Cons
There have been a handful of times when the question logic or rules did not behave the way we expected which led to some questions not being marked as required. That said, we may not have spent enough time setting up and fully testing the rules so part of the issue could also come from user error on the front end when people are completing the form.

“secure signatures every time”
Pros
Using it has been very simple especially when adding signatures to forms. I can also send documents to multiple recipients without any hassle and the SSL encryption gives me extra confidence that everything stays secure.
Cons
What can be frustrating at times is the drag-and-drop interface. It occasionally stretches across an entire column when that's not what I intended which makes placement a bit annoying. BUT I would like to say it isnt a major issue at all, happens quite rarely

“Excellent reporting”
Pros
After using it for at least seven years and probably even longer, I still keep coming back to it. A lot of site owners assume they no longer need a third-party online form service but as web developers we still rely on it for many of our clients. The forms are really well built and include useful features like file uploads, a wide variety of question types and formats and strong auto-responder options. Also, the Reporting feature makes it simple to view all submitted form data and share that information whenever needed.
Cons
Honestly I have no complaints. It does exactly what it's supposed to do and offers very good value.

“quick setup”
Pros
Getting the software up and running is very simple and being able to duplicate a form to create another similar one saves a lot of time.
Cons
Something I'd love to see is the option to rearrange the forms so the ones I use most often can stay at the top of the main page.

“professional forms that fit perfectly”
Pros
Being able to customize our forms around both our business needs and our clients' expectations has been a huge advantage. It has been incredibly helpful for our company overall. Our clients say the forms look professional and are simple to use and that matters a lot to us.
Cons
I'd still love to see more templates that better match our type of business, along with some advanced video tutorials for template editing.

“accessible data”
Pros
Getting the design process up and running was simple and the data is thorough, easy to access and simple to share across multiple users.
Cons
Really didn't run into any major downsides. If anything, I'd appreciate more tutorials, added guidance and extra ideas on how to use the data for broader marketing efforts with this service.

“Great feedback tool”
Pros
One of my favorite things about this system is how versatile it is. You can pretty much use it for anything when you need to collect feedback.
Cons
A few of the question types in the forms don't always translate neatly into a spreadsheet so you end up having to come up with a few workarounds.

“I liked it overall”
Pros
Something that's really helpful is being able to update a form without needing to send out a brand-new link every time.
Cons
Exporting sorted data gets very tiring especially with a large number of entries. If you have 500 records, you can only sort by selecting the first column, then you have to jump back to record 1 and then all the way back to 500 just to move to the next page. By the time you reach the entries in the middle, you're stuck clicking back and forth over and over which is frustrating.

“setup and editing is so simple”
Pros
Pretty much everything has worked well for me. Setting up forms is simple and making edits is just as simple.
Cons
One thing I'd still want is the ability to add a dynamic second page to a form based on what someone enters on the first page.

“saves time”
Pros
Getting documents out to clients is really simple and whenever we need to make a change to a form on our side, it can be updated right away.
Cons
Wish there were a filing system available to help keep all of the forms we create better organized.

“powerful features”
Pros
Plenty of features and customization options are available and the integration with our website has been especially useful.
Cons
It would be even better if the editor included more formatting options for each individual field, such as additional fonts and font color choices.

“really like its custom forms”
Pros
Was pretty simple to get started with it and it gave us plenty of options to customize forms the way we needed.
Cons
We did run into a communication problem between our merchant account and EmailMeForm... although it wasn't completely clear which side was actually causing it.

Pros
Customizing it has been just as simple and pulling data is quick and hassle-free. It works exactly the way I wanted it to and after checking out a few other options, this was the one that covered everything I needed.
Cons
I still haven't run into any issues, even after using it for nearly 4 years.

“Amazing!”
Pros
This software handles a wide range of purchases for us, from automating blog content to managing award entries.
Cons
An issue that comes up often is getting the forms to accept what users submit. It seems like the problem is tied to word limits in forms with restricted character lengths so more flexibility there would really help. The image upload feature could also be improved by allowing more flexibility and supporting larger file sizes.
