“reliable forms with smart logic”
Pros
Right away, it felt polished and highly practical. I was looking for a tool that could handle different kinds of forms, be quick to set up and work consistently every time and it has done exactly that. It continues to perform reliably which has made me trust it a lot. There are plenty of strong features too especially the logic options and the ability for users to save their progress and come back later to finish a form. Exporting data is simple and the reporting is solid as well.
Cons
Visually, the forms do look clean but anyone who cares a lot about design may feel limited by this tool. There is not much room for creative freedom or customization so the forms can come across as a bit boxy and may not fit well with your overall branding which can be frustrating.

“Flexible and easy to use”
Pros
Our team relies entirely on email forms because they give us the level of flexibility our business needs. They let clients fill out even very detailed agreements and send them back to us right away which saves days compared with waiting on regular mail. We also connect the forms with PayPal so collecting customer payments is part of the same process.
Cons
I really can't think of any downsides. Our experience with it has been consistently positive.

“helpful forms with spam control”
Pros
Building forms is simple and being able to cut down on spam with reCaptcha is a big plus. Adding items into a form is simple and makes the whole setup process convenient.
Cons
My biggest frustration is that the top section of the form can't really be removed. Even after taking out the logo, there's still empty space left behind. I also wish the templates were more flexible to edit so they could better match forms used on other websites since the layout customization feels a bit limited.

“works really well”
Pros
After spending a little time learning the system, building forms becomes very simple. I also really appreciate how the forms are categorized since it makes older forms much easier to locate and reuse later.
Cons
I've sent in a few suggestions for better form field options but nothing has been added yet. Hopefully that happens at some point. I'd also love to see Square included as a payment processor. And while the mandatory SSL change was necessary, it was still frustrating to deal with.

“feature packed!”
Pros
It's very flexible when it comes to editing and creating documents which is especially helpful for businesses that need to make changes right away.
Cons
The software is very comprehensive so there are times when I have to spend extra time learning how to use certain parts of it. Still, I'd rather have more features than not enough. It would also be nice if it included the option to add custom fonts.

“got forms for literally everything”
Pros
Back when we needed a simple way to create HTML forms, THIS was exactly the kind of solution we were looking for. Nobody on our team had the skills to build HTML forms from scratch so we went searching for something practical and simple. That was five years ago and since then we've grown far beyond that original need. We now use EmailMeForm for all kinds of forms, surveys, inspection records, rounding documentation and more. At this point, it really feels like the platform can handle just about anything we need it to do.
Cons
My only real wish is that it offered serial forms, meaning forms that move through a workflow or approval process. We've come up with internal workarounds to manage that but it would be a feature I'd really love to see built directly into the software.

“excellent for landing page leads”
Pros
Running lead capture through our landing page with this has been a really positive experience. The platform is simple to use and consistently performs well. One feature we rely on a lot is being able to export the list of customers who complete our form which helps with things like newsletters and email marketing campaigns in other tools. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone bringing in customers through online channels.
Cons
There honestly isn't much to complain about. The only thing worth noting is that when you export your customer list for email campaigns, it's important to double-check that the file format works with the other programs you use.

“easy lead tracking”
Pros
One of the most useful parts of this software was being able to see who was interested in the information I shared. That mattered a lot to me because I needed a reliable way to track interested people and also give them a way to get in touch with me directly.
Cons
A downside of this form software was that it didn't feel very polished or professional and the template selection was more limited than I expected. I wanted to customize the look and make the design fit a specific style but most of the options felt pretty generic. More design flexibility and additional templates would have made it much better.
