Putting together surveys with this tool feels wonderfully simple. We can build data collection forms for things like event RSVPs and post-event feedback without needing any technical know-how which makes the whole process very convenient.

Cons

A downside is the lack of built-in payment options so selling event tickets directly through the form is not possible. Also, customer support is almost nonexistent when problems come up.

Getting started with them was simple, building things was simple and they worked well across different teams without needing any training at all.

Parsing the data and using submitted information with other software can be difficult and connecting a form to different platforms can sometimes be a hassle.

Creating surveys is really convenient because the features are simple, the design choices are nice and it's quick to build, send out and start collecting responses. The variety of question types comes in handy and being able to set questions as required or optional makes the forms much more useful. Sending a form out to people takes almost no time which is perfect when you need feedback right away. One feature I especially appreciate is being able to open the results in Google Sheets since that makes organizing and managing the data much more effective.

Cons

My only frustrating part is that sharing forms with people outside your organization can sometimes take a few extra steps or you may start getting access requests and need to adjust the sharing settings.

It was quite simple to get started with this tool and the fact that it's free makes it even better. The interface is user-friendly, I can connect it with Google Sheets without any hassle and uploading files directly from my device is very convenient. Setup is simple too which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable.

A downside is that there's no customer support available if something goes wrong especially for free users. It also lacks customization options so the appearance ends up being the same for everyone.
