“Fast forms and reliable insights”
Pros
Creating forms with Google Forms feels very simple and collecting data is quick without any hassle. I can put together surveys, quizzes, feedback forms and registration forms without needing any technical background. Responses are neatly organized automatically and the connection with Google Sheets makes reviewing and analyzing the data much more convenient. The templates and basic design features are practical and overall it offers excellent value for the price.
Cons
One downside is that the customization and design features are still fairly limited compared to more specialized survey tools. There are not many options if you want forms that look highly branded or visually advanced. It would also help if customer support were easier to reach when dealing with specific problems. For employee scheduling, it works well for collecting availability but it lacks the deeper scheduling and automation capabilities that dedicated scheduling platforms provide.

“user-friendly platform”
Pros
Feels very simple to create forms in G.Forms because the interface is simple and user friendly. Adding questions, updating details and making changes is all uncomplicated which is what I appreciate most about it.
Cons
There is not much for me to complain about with Google Forms though I would really like more options to customize the look and layout. More control over the design would make the tool even better.

“Cuts our average response time considerably!”
Pros
Handling around 30 to 40 client intake requests each week has become much more manageable with Forms. It cut our average response time from 18 minutes to less than 4 and I receive an automatic email alert within about 10 seconds after someone submits. That helps a lot because I can confirm their security clearance details while they're still on the phone.
Cons
File upload limit is 10GB for the whole form which seems like plenty at first until three clients send incident footage on the same morning. I've already had to split our incident report form into two separate forms twice this quarter just to avoid running too close to the storage limit.

“helpful response tracking”
Pros
Whenever I need up-to-date feedback for social gatherings, school activities or even research work, this has been useful. One thing that works really well is how simple it is to edit the form and add choices to dropdown menus. It also helps that there's a built-in way to analyze the responses I collect from people.
Cons
Interface does feel a little outdated. It would also be better if it supported integration with more AI-based features. Another limitation is the image upload option which could really use support for more file extensions.

“Organized responses”
Pros
Creating surveys and questionnaires with this tool feels very convenient especially when I need something ready in a short time. It has been really helpful for student projects, assignments and feedback collection because I can put a form together quickly and share it without any hassle. Another big plus is that responses are arranged automatically which makes reviewing and analyzing the information much more manageable.
Cons
One limitation is that the design and customization features are fairly basic compared to some dedicated survey platforms. When dealing with more detailed or complex surveys, I would really appreciate stronger formatting options, better question logic and more flexibility for customization.

“Simple interface”
Pros
Being able to gather this much data for my business has been incredibly helpful. The interface is very simple to use and I can learn a lot about my customers through it.
Cons
Honestly there isn't anything I dislike about it. It handles everything I need it to do and I really wouldn't change a thing.

“free setup with instant tracking”
Pros
A reason I keep using it is that it costs nothing, takes almost no time to get running and connects right away with spreadsheets which makes tracking responses really convenient.
Cons
The downside is that it feels quite dated. The interface is very basic and old-fashioned, there's no option to embed rich media directly into questions and it doesn't work offline.

“Great value for your bucks”
Pros
Putting together forms and surveys in Google Forms takes only a few minutes and the whole process is very simple. It connects smoothly with Google Sheets for collecting and analyzing responses, supports real-time collaboration and doesn't require any technical knowledge to get started. Since it's free as well, the value for money is excellent.
Cons
Customization and design choices are a bit limited when compared with more advanced survey platforms. It also misses some of the more sophisticated reporting, workflow automation and scheduling capabilities that premium form-building tools usually offer.

“instant sync is a great feature”
Pros
Best parts is that it's completely free, with no limits on how many forms or responses you can have. It also sends data straight into Google Sheets instantly which makes tracking and organizing responses really convenient.
Cons
Visual customization feels pretty limited and the design options could be better. It also doesn't offer advanced logic routing or the deeper feature set you might want for more complex forms.

“works great for my bakery”
Pros
At our bakery, it has been a really practical way to collect orders. It works well as a free tool and helps us keep track of every order that comes in, including who placed it.
Cons
The downside is that it has a pretty basic look, offers limited customization and may not be the best fit for more complex surveys or handling large amounts of data.

“free and practical form templates”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is the selection of ready-made templates. The app has pretty much everything you could want, it's free, simple to use and overall very convenient.
Cons
I honestly don't have many complaints about it but if I had to mention one, it would be the lack of an offline version that would let me keep analyzing responses without an internet connection. But this definitely doesnt change my 5 star rating as its a great software otherwise!

“templates ready in minutes”
Pros
With Google Forms, a form can be ready to publish in just a few minutes. For standard needs, there's usually no need to build everything from scratch since the prebuilt templates only require a few small adjustments.
Cons
It's hard to point to anything that doesn't work well. If I had to mention one thing, it would be having more freedom when creating and adding branding elements like colors, icons and logos.

“So collaborative and insightful”
Pros
Being completely free with no cap on submissions is a huge advantage and the integration with the workspace feels smooth. Getting started takes almost no effort, while the real-time analytics, team collaboration, conditional logic and quiz features make it even more useful. Between the usability, the pricing and the spreadsheet syncing, it stands out as one of the best tools available.
Cons
Customization is fairly limited, with only basic color palettes, header images and standard fonts to work with. The dynamic logic is also pretty basic since you can only send users to different sections based on one multiple-choice answer and there's no way to build multi-condition paths like sending someone to Section 3 only if they choose Answer A and Answer B. Also, the visual layout options feel stiff because side-by-side questions, grid-style designs, custom CSS and fully white-labeled forms aren't really possible unless you rely on third-party add-ons.

“updates really help!”
Pros
Collecting information from both staff and from students and families is a regular part of my job and it handles that really well. I can put together exactly the kind of form I need, whether it's for short written responses or more general information that works best in bullet-style fields. The customization is strong enough to make the forms fit my purpose while still looking polished and professional. I've also been really happy with the newer updates especially auto close since it lets me set an end time and not worry about remembering to shut the form off myself. The integration with Sheets is another big plus because the responses turn into a clean organized spreadsheet automatically. Overall, I've been very pleased with the platform.
Cons
What I'd still like to see is the ability to schedule a form to open, not just close. There are times when I want to send the response link ahead of time and it would be helpful if the form could become available automatically without me needing to remember to open it.

“simple and reliable form builder”
Pros
Putting together forms in it is quick and dependable and the whole process is very user-friendly. I can create surveys or forms in no time without needing any technical background. The templates and variety of question types come in handy and having responses organized automatically saves me a lot of effort. It's especially useful for feedback collection, registrations and basic data gathering and the fact that it's free makes it even better.
Cons
I feel the customization is a bit limited when compared with more advanced form builders. When I need to create more complex surveys or forms with deeper design options and automation, I usually have to rely on other Google tools or third-party services.

“Reporting made easy”
Pros
Setting up forms doesn't take much effort and the interface feels clear, flexible and well polished. It also fits nicely into the broader Google workspace which is a big plus. Having responses flow directly into Google Sheets is especially useful and makes collaboration much more convenient.
Cons
The tradeoff with a standardized tool that's built for simplicity and tight integration is that customization can feel a bit limited. In certain situations, having more personalization options would be helpful although that feels more like a nice-to-have for specific edge cases than a major issue.

“useful surveys and solid value”
Pros
Right from the start, the platform has been genuinely useful for me. The interface is simple to work with and putting together surveys and forms doesn't take much effort. I also appreciate how flexible the survey design settings are and managing collected data is pretty simple. Employee scheduling has been convenient as well. On the occasions I needed help, customer support was responsive and useful. Given the range of features and how approachable the system is, it feels like good value for the price.
Cons
One limitation is that the design choices can feel a little restricted especially when trying to build forms that look more polished or highly customized. A few of the advanced features also come across as fairly basic when compared with other form builder platforms.

“easy to use”
Pros
Whenever I kick off a new client project, it is usually my go-to for putting together quick creative briefs so I can understand expectations clearly before getting into the design work. Creating forms is fast and user friendly, it's completely free with no cap on responses and the integration with Google Sheets makes analyzing the collected data really convenient. It's also simple to share with clients and collaborators.
Cons
Downside is that the visual customization feels pretty limited especially from a creative perspective. It's not the best fit when you need a form to reflect a strong brand identity and the conditional logic is fairly basic compared with other form-building tools.

“amazed by the mobile forms”
Pros
Running a small business, I use this to gather my clients' t-shirt design preferences and custom order details. The fact that it's free matters a lot especially when you're watching costs closely. It also works really well on mobile which is important since most of my customers complete the forms on their phones. I get the responses instantly in a spreadsheet so tracking design choices and clothing sizes is much more organized. It cuts out so much of the constant back-and-forth messaging.

“Excellent tool”
Pros
Creating and filling out forms in this tool feels very simple for both the person building them and the people responding. The free version includes a surprisingly wide range of features and the conditional page flow works especially well.
Cons
The range of answer formats could be broader and a lot more customizable. But the available options are pretty good as is too, this is just my suggestion!
