It's quite easy to put together a survey in this tool, it takes just a few minutes which is something I really appreciate. The interface feels very user friendly so creating forms doesn't take much effort at all. Responses are collected automatically and kept well organized and that saves me a lot of time. It also offers a nice range of features, like different question types, sections and automatic charts which makes designing surveys both flexible and simple.

Cons

A drawback is that the advanced customization options are fairly limited. It works really well for basic surveys but if you need more complex layouts or stronger professional branding, the choices are restricted. Also, it doesn't provide dedicated customer support which can be frustrating when an issue comes up.

Pros

Google Forms has been really simple to work with and it offers a wide range of useful options for all kinds of needs. It's free which is a big plus and I've never run into any issue that made me need support. The survey features let me collect all kinds of information and the automatic Google Sheet it generates makes managing the responses much more practical. Anyone in my organization who needs access to that data can jump in and work with it at any time, whether the survey is still live or already finished.

There's very little I dislike. One thing some of our partners have struggled with is creating survey design patterns and reusing them so they don't have to build every form again from the beginning.

There's a broad selection of features and field types available which makes them really capable and they work especially well for surveys because they're both simple and thorough. It's also very useful that the data can be exported into Excel files.

They work well overall but I'm still unclear on the best way to save each completed form efficiently. Being able to store and organize submitted forms more effectively would help a lot especially when trying to keep all the relevant project information together in one directory.
