Pros

Between the pricing and the overall functionality, Grammarly Business feels like an excellent fit for professional writers and other business users. It handles even fairly complex writing issues well and the interface is polished and adaptive so working in it feels natural. I can keep an eye on my writing even from a distance and it saves me from embarrassing typos or small mistakes slipping through. It regularly catches spelling and grammar errors that I could easily miss during proofreading.

Cons

At times, the suggestion feature doesn't perform as well as it should. For example, if I accidentally type "The is," it may only suggest "They are," when "He is" could also be a valid correction in that context. In situations like that, the recommendations feel too limited and not flexible enough.

Even with just the free version, you still get really solid access to review and check your writing which I love.

Cons

The paid plans are out of my budget right now but I still genuinely enjoy using the software.

Since 2018, this has been one of the best tools I've used for checking grammar, plagiarism and spelling mistakes. I've genuinely enjoyed using it over the years and the pricing feels reasonable, especially for beginners. I'd definitely recommend it to my friends as well.

It tends to lag quite a bit when working with larger sections of text and it only supports English.

The auto-correct is easily one of the strongest parts of this software and the spell check works flawlessly too. It's surprising how tricky spelling can be at times so having both features perform this well really helps. I also especially value the built-in dictionary which makes the whole platform feel like a complete all-in-one solution.

Cons

Did take me some time to fully get comfortable navigating the platform. For someone who isn't a native English speaker, getting used to it could be a bit challenging.

There's still some room to improve the browser extension and how it handles very specific industry jargon. When you use business-specific terms, it can sometimes flag them as errors in the text.

Whether I'm writing a letter, sending an email or even posting something on social media, Grammarly helps me in many different ways. It catches spelling mistakes, fixes them and also improves the grammar based on the context of what I'm writing.

Cons

Because the software is still developing, there are a few features that aren't available yet but will likely be improved over time. There's also still a language limitation since it doesn't always recognize certain words from other languages that are used internationally.

Using it on mobile has been really convenient. The keyboard works well, grammar and spell-check are accurate and everything processes quickly without slowing me down. I also enjoy the motivational design and it feels cost-effective for what it offers. On top of that, the different writing styles and wording options give me helpful flexibility when I'm drafting or editing.

Cons

One thing still missing is an offline mode and the plagiarism checker could definitely use some improvement.

After using Grammarly for quite a while, I'm genuinely impressed with how well it works. One of the best things about it is how user-friendly it is so even someone who has never used grammar-checking software before can start using it without much effort. On top of that, the pricing is reasonable enough that even a small business can use it without stretching the budget. Overall, I'm very happy with Grammarly Business and would absolutely recommend it to any business owner who wants a dependable grammar-checking solution.

Grammarly is a highly effective and thorough proofreading tool that catches a wider range of errors than many competitors. However, no AI is perfect and users should still perform a final review to catch any errors the software might miss.

Between the text editing, natural language processing and text review features, this has been incredibly helpful for my day-to-day work notes. When I'm rushing between calls, it saves me a ton of time and makes note-taking much more manageable.

Cons

nothing comes to mind. It has everything I need and I haven't found another program that works better for me.

Every now and then some of the suggestions miss the mark. That said it's not quite fully there yet but I'd still rate the software a solid 8/10.

This tool does tend to insert commas after almost every "and" and that often doesn't make much sense.
