Pros

From my college research days to my current professional work, this tool has consistently supported all of my writing. I began using Grammarly while working on my final-year research project and it helped me present a well-structured paper to my supervisor without punctuation or grammar mistakes. I still rely on it at work whenever I prepare meeting minutes or presentations for management. It highlights spelling errors and suggests better replacements throughout my sentences. Over the years, it has genuinely helped strengthen my writing skills since my time as a student.

Cons

Customer support needs to respond faster to users' questions. Last month, I ran into a problem with my premium subscription and emailed the support team but it took nearly two days before I received a reply.

“perfect tool”

Pros

Whether I'm drafting emails or putting together weekly reports, Grammarly is always running on my computer. It has made a big difference in helping me produce documents without grammar mistakes. Whenever I type in MS Word, it catches the spelling errors I tend to make by underlining them right away. Over time, it has also helped me improve my overall writing skills. Another big benefit is the time it saves me since I no longer have to keep checking a dictionary to confirm the spelling of different words. At this point, I depend on it completely for both personal and official writing at the office. It also suggests alternative words to use whichhelps make my documents clearer, more polished and free of errors.

Cons

The only downside is the cost whichfeels quite expensive. I really wish the pricing could be reduced so that students could also afford it and use it for their schoolwork.

Pros

Having this browser add-on running in the background is really convenient. It catches typos while I'm filling out forms or writing messages on websites soI don't have to worry as much about mistakes slipping through. Grammarly checks text as I type and alerts me whenever it spots an error. If everything is fine, the icon stays green; if not, it turns red and highlights the word or phrase that needs attention, then suggests the correct alternatives when I hover over it.

Cons

At times it can feel a little intrusive and it doesn't always recognize certain expressions that are actually correct and intentionally written that way. Still, those are fairly minor drawbacks and the tool definitely deserves a positive review overall.

Pros

Drafting emails, documents and other files feels so much safer with Grammarly Business in the mix. The grammar and punctuation checks, spellcheck and suggestions for word choice and writing style are all features I genuinely appreciate. They really help when you're about to send something important becausethere's nothing worse than a respected professional sending an email full of mistake after mistake. It honestly feels like a lifesaver.

Cons

Every now and then, Grammarly's spellcheck clashes with my browser's built-in spellcheck whichcan make the screen a little messy with two pop-up dialogues appearing at once. Once I click out of them though, it's not a major issue. Aside from that, I really think it's excellent.

Pros

Grammarly has been one of the most effective and accurate writing tools I've used. I really appreciate that it doesn't just suggest edits but also explains the changes whichmakes it useful as a learning tool in addition to being an editing tool. It also works across multiple platforms, including desktop, web and email whichmakes it very convenient.

Cons

As with a lot of grammar tools, Grammarly can sometimes oversimplify sentences. You still need to apply your own judgment and common sense to decide whether certain suggestions actually fit the context of what you're trying to say.

Pros

These days, with almost everything happening online, from banking and insurance searches to emails and article writing, Grammarly feels essential. I used to think my grammar was already solid but after a colleague recommended it, I realized how much it could still improve. It regularly catches small mistakes, suggests better sentence structure and helps polish my writing overall. If you work in a professional setting, I'd definitely call it a must-have. It takes away the stress of embarrassing English mistakes and it also works well with offline programs like Microsoft Word.

Cons

Nothing negative comes to mind right now. Grammarly has been incredibly helpful for me.

“autocorrect is great”

Pros

One of my favorite things is how it automatically catches my mistakes everywhere I write and I make plenty of them. The plagiarism checker is especially valuable to me because as a public figure with a public Facebook page even one small mistake or negative detail can hurt my online reputation. I also really appreciate that Grammarly asks about the type of writing style when you sign in since it goes beyond just checking spelling and grammar.

Cons

The underlining feature they use to point out errors can sometimes clash with other editors. For instance, when I'm editing a course page, it can interfere with the formatting soI often have to turn Grammarly off just to finish formatting everything properly.

Pros

Using Grammarly has been really helpful because it's so simple to work with. It helps me fix my grammar and sentence structure without much stress. Since English is not my first language, Grammarly has supported me in writing clearer and more accurate English for my personal blog and for the content I provide to clients, both online and offline. Its built-in features are very effective for me especially when it comes to correcting weak sentence construction and improper word usage.

Cons

From my point of view, one downside of Grammarly is that it can make people rely on it too much and become lazy about properly reviewing what they've written themselves. It's also not suitable for people who are illiterate or for anyone who cannot use a computer or the internet. I honestly believe Grammarly should offer an offline version that would be more convenient for users without internet access. Also, the free version is quite limited soit doesn't really give enough freedom to get work done quickly and fully.

“fairly priced”

Pros

Having Grammarly feels a lot like getting a professional editor to review everything I write but at a much lower cost. I also really appreciate being able to switch between different style guides so my writing matches the expectations of whatever field I'm working in. Another big plus is how it catches dull, repetitive wording and overused terms, then suggests stronger alternatives. The browser integrations also make it very convenient to use day to day.

Cons

Earlier on, Grammarly didn't support Google Docs so I had to copy text into the web or desktop app and then paste it back after making corrections. That part has improved and is no longer an issue. Still, I'd really like to see Grammarly work at the operating system level so it could provide inline support in any desktop app I decide to write in.

Writing articles, blogs, web content and website descriptions is part of my side work and I've been using Grammarly for nearly two years now. It has been really helpful for catching grammar errors, spelling issues and punctuation mistakes. When I'm preparing content for my articles and blogs, it helps me review everything properly so I can submit cleaner, mistake-free work. That leaves a good impression on my seniors and saves them the extra effort of double-checking the content. The browser extensions and add-ons are another nice bonus. Definitely a worthwhile tool to have.

Cons

At times, it marks certain words as misspelled or flags sentences as grammatically incorrect even when they are actually fine. Still, that feels like a minor issue and is usually something I can overlook.
