“Our team loves it”
Pros
One thing that really stands out with Grammarly Business is how well it keeps writing quality consistent across the whole team. It helps catch grammar mistakes, sharpen clarity and make communication feel more professional without needing to spend extra time editing everything by hand.
Cons
A minor downside is that the advanced tone and clarity suggestions can be repetitive and I've noticed the same feedback showing up in different documents. It's not a major problem though since most of the suggestions are still useful.

“reliable writing support”
Pros
Having this tool in my daily routine has been really valuable. It consistently catches mistakes I might otherwise miss and that dependability matters a lot in a professional environment where I need both internal and external communication to look polished and be grammatically accurate. I've used Grammarly for the past five years and it fits into my workflow really naturally every day.
Cons
Something that's frustrating is where the Grammarly pop-up appears. You can move it but if you accidentally hover over it without realizing and keep typing, your text can end up going into the pop-up instead. That interruption can be pretty disruptive and it's the one part of the user experience that doesn't feel ide

“polished writing”
Pros
It really boosts the professionalism and clarity of emails reports and other workplace communication, this is one thing that really stands out about Grammarly Business for us. The real-time suggestions for grammar, tone and readability help make writing cleaner, sharper and more polished.
Cons
The rewrite suggestions feel a bit too aggressive and they can change the content in ways that mean I have to go back and manually fix it afterward.

“Excellent!!”
Pros
Something that really works well here is how simple it is to use while still giving excellent grammar suggestions and a lot of helpful guidance. It also catches accidental plagiarism so you can correct it before it becomes a problem. Also, the customer support has been very good, the pricing feels worth it and the file storage is honestly one of the better features I have seen in this tool. It is also very useful for content writing and overall I think it is a fantastic tool.
Cons
I do not have any complaints about it. My experience with it has been positive the whole way through.

“Supports my writing”
Pros
Fits so nicely into the apps I already use, like browsers and word processors and that makes it genuinely helpful day to day. It's been especially useful for how my dyslexic brain processes things.
Cons
One frustrating issue is that the extension adds its own HTML tags into my code whenever I'm working in web development environments. That creates a lot of unnecessary bloat and leaves me having to manually clean up the markup afterward.

“its great”
Pros
Across team communication, Grammarly has been a polished writing assistant that clearly improves clarity, correctness and consistency. Its grammar and spelling fixes are accurate without feeling intrusive and the tone suggestions along with clarity rewrites help messages come across as more professional. Between the desktop app, browser extension and integrations with tools like email, Slack, Google Docs and Microsoft Office, it's been simple for distributed teams to adopt.
Cons
A few of the more advanced suggestions can come across as a bit too prescriptive especially for creative or informal writing. The pricing can also feel steep for very small teams or startups and deeper integrations with certain niche enterprise tools still have room for improvement.

“real-time writing help”
Pros
Something that really stands out about it is how well it helps improve team communication in real time. The grammar and clarity suggestions are fast and accurate which makes creating polished, professional business content much more manageable. The tone detection feature is also very useful because it helps make sure messages come across appropriately and effectively. I also value the style guide tools since they help keep the brand voice consistent across different teams. It fits easily into daily work thanks to its smooth use with email, browsers and documents. Overall, it improves communication across the company, raises writing quality and saves a lot of time.
Cons
The extension still has some room for improvement but aside from that, it works well overall.

“i would recommend”
Pros
What I really appreciated about it was how quickly it catches mistakes and helps make writing clearer. The suggestions are generally relevant and make it easier to use a more professional tone especially in a work setting or when collaborating with a team.
Cons
Some suggestions can be a bit too generic at times or not fully match the context so it's still important to review them with a critical eye. Also, the tool can feel slightly intrusive because of the number of recommendations especially on texts that are already well written.

“so good!?!”
Pros
Working on SOPs for students applying to Ivy League colleges means every word matters and this tool has become my go-to tool for the editing stage. Once I finish writing, I usually paste the full document into Grammarly or upload it directly and it gives me a clear overall picture of the quality of the content. The interface is impressive and I really like how it presents everything in a clean summary view.
Cons
Our team of 8 relies on it quite a bit for document editing so we know the platform well by now. That said it does occasionally flag phrases with unnecessary underlines even when they are already written correctly. That part gets frustrating because it feels distracting and it can also affect the overall score of the write-up in an annoying way.

“Had a positive experience”
Pros
Right from the start this software has been simple to work with and it improves writing quality almost instantly. The clarity and engagement suggestions are especially useful because they make content sound more polished and professional. It also works well for team collaboration and helps keep communication consistent across different pieces of content.
Cons
The cost does feel a little expensive especially for individuals or smaller teams. There are also times when the suggestions seem repetitive or don't fully match the tone I'm trying to convey.

“incredible results”
Pros
Grammarly Business makes professional writing cleaner and more polished. It gives instant suggestions for grammar, tone and clarity while typing and it also helps users learn the right grammar over time. The plagiarism checker and team features are especially useful for keeping communication consistent across the team. Customer support is quick and very helpful as well. It also uses AWS file storage when uploading files for grammar checks.
Cons
Pricing can feel a bit high for smaller teams. You also have to sometimes check that the suggestion actually fits the sentence..

Pros
One thing that works really well is how it catches the mistakes in my writing and suggests useful changes without stripping away my personal voice.
Cons
Its overall package feels pretty expensive especially now with so many AI options around. It's also a little frustrating when it keeps hovering over text and gets in the way of seeing what's there.

“helpful for accurate reporting”
Pros
As someone with a packed workload, this has been a really useful tool. I don't always have time to go back over everything I've written so being able to catch mistakes right away makes a big difference.
Cons
Honestly..... I haven't come across any downsides. It's incredibly helpful and keeps my reports accurate which really matters when I'm sending them on to Directors.

Pros
Having it built into Google Chrome makes a big difference in daily use. It's incredibly useful for catching typos and also helps improve the wording and overall context while writing.

“i like it”
Pros
Real-time grammar, spelling and clarity suggestions save us a ton of time especially when we're sending quick emails or working on documents. The brand voice feature is a big win because it keeps our team's writing consistent. It also works across the tools we already use, like Google Docs and Slack and the AI rewrites and drafting features match our tone well. Overall, it makes writing faster and helps our communication come across clear and professional without all the extra effort.
Cons
The AI rewrites are excellent when speed matters but they still need a human review and there are occasional glitches. Also, if a team isn't taking advantage of the full feature set, the price may feel harder to justify.

Pros
Grammarly feels like a really effective way to improve your communicate without wasting time on corrections or checking content. It offers very helpful word choices and texting suggestions.
Cons

“a smart writing support”
Pros
Across our team this software has made writing much more manageable. It catches errors fast, recommends clearer wording and helps us keep the right tone throughout. That has been especially helpful for emails and shared documents that several people contribute to. The platform is simple to use so everyone was able to get started right away. Whenever we had questions, customer support replied quickly and resolved the issues without much trouble.
Cons
Pricing feels a little expensive for smaller teams and the file storage features are pretty limited. It works well enough for basic collaboration but it is not a substitute for more advanced file-sharing or document management software.

“features are good”
Pros
Really useful tool overall especially for the price. It offers good value, the support team has been helpful and the interface is simple to use. The feature set is also strong, even though I'm not a fan of the AI aspect.
Cons
I'd rather not have AI features included at all, in any form because I see them as harmful to the environment.
