“dependable tool”
Pros
Using this program feels very simple and the level of accuracy it delivers is really impressive.
Cons
Grammarly's support contact isn't bad at all but it still doesn't feel like the best option out there.

“great for freelancers”
Pros
Right from the start, this product has been very simple to use. The feature I appreciate most is the spell check because it is highly accurate and makes little to no mistakes. Another thing I value about Grammarly Business is the educational side of it. It doesn't just point out that something is wrong, it also explains why it is wrong. That has helped me improve my English and it continues to help me get better.
Cons
Although I appreciate that the software offers a free version, I don't like how limited it is. I also dislike that there are so many ads on the site.

“free extension with reliable checks”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is that this software is completely free and I can also install it as a browser extension. Anytime I write something, Grammarly automatically reviews my spelling, grammar and punctuation which makes it a very useful tool.
Cons
I honestly don't have any complaints about this software because it has been such a useful tool.

“love it across the team”
Pros
Ever since I saw the launch ad, I've been all in. I added the extension not just for my teammates but for family members too because I genuinely love everything about it.
Cons
Nothing to complain about at the moment. I just really hope they keep amazing their users by adding even more features.

“i liked it really”
Pros
Putting together new sales content for my team takes a lot less effort with this. It's also been really useful for communicating more clearly with clients who don't speak English as their first language. On top of that, it integrates well with Chrome which matches the rest of the software our company relies on.
Cons
Getting it to work perfectly within my company has been a little challenging because we use so many internal acronyms and specialized terms that it often flags incorrectly. That can make training materials more tedious to handle than they should be. I also wish the Gmail support were stronger, especially when I'm sending prospecting emails.

“recommended!!”
Pros
It has been really useful for my business and helps me a lot with writing. I especially appreciate how it assists with punctuation, like adding question marks and exclamation marks where needed.
Cons
Sometimes, it doesn't work properly on the desktop and that can force you to set everything up again from scratch.

“easy setup”
Pros
The spell checking, punctuation support and business-context writing corrections and recommendations have been priceless for us. They help us communicate much more clearly and make it easier to express ourselves and understand each other.
Cons
At times, it can be a bit heavy on system resources which makes older and slower computers run even more slowly.

“plagiarism checks and stronger vocabulary”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is how well it checks the level of plagiarism. That has been especially useful when I'm working on documents that need original, creative ideas. Grammarly has also helped expand my vocabulary because the frequent auto-corrections keep showing me better word choices.
Cons
What I'm not happy with is the lag. Even though my laptop has a slower processor, I still think the application should run faster.

“user-friendly”
Pros
From the start, the software has felt very user-friendly and its responsiveness really stands out. Everything works quickly and the overall speed makes it pleasant to use.
Cons
The biggest downside is the price, especially from a student perspective. It would be much better if there were more affordable options or ways to make it more cost-effective.

“My daily QA companion”
Pros
Every day, this software helps a lot in my work as a QA Tester. It's especially useful for writing bug reports and handling day-to-day communication with teammates. I'm seriously considering upgrading to the Premium version.
Cons
App has been excellent overall. It does feel a little pricey by my standards but I still believe it's worth paying for.

“had a positive experience”
Pros
These days, I can respond to client messages and requests much more confidently with Grammarly Business. It helps me review my grammar and spelling while also suggesting words that fit the context and purpose of what I'm writing which makes my communication feel more polished.
Cons
One thing I'm still not fully confident about is the plagiarism checker being 100% accurate. I tested it by copying articles from a website and running them through the feature but it failed to detect the plagiarism and said the content was original, with no matching text found online.

“limited control”
Pros
After nearly two years with Grammarly, one thing that still stands out is how capable the free version is. Unlike a lot of other apps, the free plan is actually useful and doesn't feel stripped down compared to premium. It runs on Chrome, Firefox and Safari across most platforms and websites which makes it convenient to use almost anywhere. Another feature I really appreciate is that it recognizes the difference between British English and American English which is very helpful. The reports, including percentages and charts, are also a nice touch.
Cons
That said Grammarly doesn't work on every website which can be frustrating. It's also not accurate all the time so you still have to double-check its suggestions. Another issue is that it can be too restrictive with writing style and doesn't always let you phrase things the way you want. On top of that, if something goes wrong and you accidentally delete your writing, there's no undo button so you can end up losing everything.

Using this software feels very simple and it's accurate and practical at the same time. The goal-setting options are especially useful and I also appreciated the performance, readability and the rest of the features it offers.

There's still room to add more features and it would be even better if it supported more languages, including Turkish.

“Worth it”
Pros
Even though it's a paid tool, it absolutely justifies the cost. For a small business, paying for individual licenses can still be well worth it because the productivity boost saves enough time to more than cover the expense.
Cons
It doesn't work with every program including my project management software. Also, unlike the personal edition, this version isn't free.
