“Smart suggestions”
Pros
Really useful software for catching grammar mistakes, spelling errors and even helping complete sentences. It also does a good job checking punctuation and works with Google Chrome which makes it convenient to use while browsing.
Cons
Does not work consistently all the time. On some websites and in certain other programs, it fails to function properly and there are still some issues with the spell checker.

“positive experience”
Pros
One feature I really enjoy is the emotion detection. It helps me keep my tone under control in texts and makes my writing sound more professional. The AI suggestions are also really useful because they help trim down emails and keep them short and to the point.
Cons
A downside is that it only works in English. I also write emails and messages in German and I often look for Grammarly suggestions there but there aren't any. It also gets a bit slow when working with larger amounts of text.

“Love using it”
Pros
Something I really appreciate about Grammarly is how flexible it is to use in different situations. It has been incredibly helpful for fixing my writing while I'm on the go and it has genuinely helped me improve my grammar over time. The features that have made the biggest difference for me are the progress tracking which lets me see how I'm improving and the integrations with tools like Microsoft Word and Outlook.
Cons
honestly there wasn't much at all that I disliked about Grammarly. I enjoyed using it overall and had a very positive experience. If I had to point out one downside, it would be the price since it can feel a little expensive. Aside from that, I absolutely loved using it and would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to strengthen their writing skills.

“powerful writing suggestions”
Pros
Full-sentence suggestions and the right vocabulary make my writing more powerful and impactful. It also cuts out unnecessary phrases which keeps sentences clear and concise. The tone correction and sentence rephrasing really help make writing more direct and to the point. Fixing writing errors saves time, improves productivity and reduces manual effort. Also, the analytics dashboard is useful for spotting areas where improvement is needed.
Cons
At this point, I haven't come across any real downsides with this product. The only thing I'd say is to keep maintaining the good work consistently over time.

“Incredible!!”
Pros
Using it has been really simple and it comes with a lot of useful features. It works across Word, email and other places which makes it very convenient. It's also affordable. It helps improve your writing and lets you check papers much faster.
Cons
One thing that could be better is the lack of an option to rewrite a full sentence into a stronger version based on the information already provided.

“time-saving assistant”
Pros
English comes up constantly in day-to-day business communication and checking grammar manually can take a lot of time especially when I need to send important emails quickly. Grammarly handles that process fast and helps take the pressure off. Even while using the free version, it has still been very convenient for me. I also appreciate that it lets me select the tone of the text and the audience I'm writing for. It genuinely helps me save time.
Cons
At times, it seems to flag passive sentences incorrectly and gives warnings that don't always feel accurate.

“polished writing”
Pros
Right away, Grammarly's interface stood out to me with its clean graphics and polished sophisticated look. It honestly feels like one of the most refined writing tools available. There are a few small bugs when it comes to punctuation but overall its help with sentence structure is very accurate. It works the way it's advertised and it has genuinely helped me make my writing more concise.
Cons
Pricing is where Grammarly loses some appeal. It's a strong product if you can afford it but it feels a bit overpriced for broader long-term use. I'd suggest the company think more about the lifetime value of its users because offering it at a lower price point would probably bring in more business over time and make it more accessible to the masses.

“Great tool”
Pros
Such a user-friendly app that catches both small spelling slip-ups and broader grammar mistakes really well.
Cons
The tool can take a bit of time to load on certain webpages and it gets somewhat buggy when the site or app already has its own built-in spellchecker.

“UI is nice”
Pros
As a writing tool, Grammarly Business works really well for catching spelling and grammar mistakes in any text or paragraph. It's very simple to use. Once you start writing, it automatically checks for language errors and highlights the words that need attention. At times, it even fixes spelling mistakes on its own. It's an excellent tool for writers.
Cons
I really haven't come across anything bad about it. The only thing to note is that the premium version includes some extra features that aren't available in the free version.

“smart writing help”
Pros
From day one, the writing assistance has been very accurate. It helps trim down sentences by suggesting how to make the same point with fewer words and the alternative word recommendations usually fit the sentence better. The software is also very simple to use which makes the whole experience even better.
Cons

Pros
Putting ideas into words can sometimes be tricky or just not come out very well but while using this software I have never run into a situation where I had to worry that the document sounded poor or was full of mistakes.

“great paraphrasing and accuracy”
Pros
Right away, the most valuable features for me were the paraphrasing tools and grammar checking because they help keep everything accurate. The platform is simple to use, quick to learn and it helps boost productivity. I also appreciate that it has built-in integrations while still supporting other integrations when needed. Also, being able to sign up with a free service option makes it even more accessible.
Cons
The only downside is that Grammarly Premium costs around $30 even though it does offer different payment options. Still, the service feels worth the price because it delivers more value than what you actually pay for.

“friendly tone insights”
Pros
One of the features I appreciate most is how it shows me the "tone" of my writing. Since I need to come across as friendly when emailing clients, that part is especially valuable to me. It also sends a weekly email to check in on how well I've been doing and I've even started looking forward to the little "Awards" that show up in my inbox each week.
Cons
Now and then, its suggestions for rewording paragraphs or sentences aren't completely accurate. That said, it doesn't happen often that I feel the revision is wrong or sounds off. honestly that's the only real downside I've noticed with the product.

“thorough checks that save time”
Pros
Being able to drop in a full document and have the software scan it for just about everything is a huge help. There are times when I simply don't have enough time to review every possible issue one by one so having this cut down the workload saves me a lot of time. It even flags things I probably wouldn't have noticed on my own.
Cons
This could just be because I haven't explored all of its features yet but the AI does miss things from time to time. I usually have a clear idea of how I want my writing to sound and adjust it for that context yet the AI will sometimes say the tone or delivery is off when I don't really see a problem.
