accurate word corrections

Pros

It catches the words I meant to type but missed and the corrections clearly show what should have been there.

Cons

Would be even better if it included a dictate feature like Microsoft Word has.

Smart suggestions

Pros

Writing with Grammarly feels much more confident and faster because it catches mistakes, helps keep the quality high and offers useful advice like switching to active voice. The editing tools, suggestions and synonym options also make it easier to polish content properly.

Cons

There is not a huge gap between the free and paid versions unless you specifically need the extra reporting features. Some suggestions are not always right either although they can simply be ignored when they do not fit.

writing help I rely on

Pros

Having Grammarly in my browser has noticeably improved the way I write. Even this review was written with it running in the background. It catches typos, spots context-related mistakes and points out sentences or structures that feel overly complicated. It's been really useful.

Cons

My only real complaint is that the browser extension checks every text field automatically. That can be inconvenient at times since it may slow certain websites down and I've had some apps crash because of it. Disabling it on those sites solves the problem though so it's not a deal-breaker.

saves time

Pros

Grammarly is simply amazing because of how easy it is to work with. It does a really good job correcting mistakes, whether it's basic spell check issues or proofreading an entire sentence.

Cons

I don't have any real complaints at the moment. That said, it could still get better by improving sentence creation and offering users more suggestion examples.

Has good results

Pros

The engagement and grammar statistics are really useful because they show whether my content is connecting with readers and if it's grammatically correct. It gives me a much better way to measure how effective I'm being in my writing.

Cons

At this point, I don't have any complaints since Grammarly already includes all the features I need.

had a positive experience

Pros

Having automatic corrections for all kinds of emails and documents makes this tool really versatile and useful across different writing tasks.

Cons

Only thing I wish is that the free version included more correction options though paying for the service still feels fine.

incredible results

Pros

Being a non-native English speaker, I used to make a lot of mistakes in my writing. Grammarly has been very helpful in catching those errors and helping me avoid them. The service is available at a reasonable price and even the free version offers a lot. It also explains what is wrong with a sentence or word which helps me learn from my mistakes and correct them better in the future.

Cons

I have not faced any major problems with Grammarly though there are times when it takes a bit longer than expected to respond. Aside from that, it has been very effective in helping me communicate more clearly.

Quick writing help

Pros

Using Grammarly has been really convenient because it's so simple to set up and use. You just download the extension on your PC or laptop and you can switch it on or off anytime you want. While you're writing, it points out spelling and grammar mistakes and also suggests ways to improve your text. That saves a lot of time and makes the whole experience really useful.

Cons

The part I like least is that some of the better features are locked behind a paid plan. For instance, if you want Grammarly to suggest stronger rewrites for your sentences, you have to pay for that option.

saves time

Pros

Getting Grammarly at no cost is a big plus for me. It makes it simple to keep an eye on grammar, punctuation and spelling mistakes in my writing. I also really appreciate the weekly report that shows how many words I've written and it even tracks new unique words each week. Another useful part is that it automatically checks my content and provides feedback as I write.

Cons

One thing I don't enjoy is that some features are locked behind the Pro subscription.

great option

Pros

Something that really works well is how smoothly it integrates with the other software and websites we use every day for publishing blog articles and even email copy. The grammar and spelling suggestions are accurate which makes editing and proofreading much more reliable.

Cons

My only minor issue with Grammarly is its marketing since it tends to send emails a bit too often although I can see how that might actually be helpful for some people.

Best one

Pros

What this tool does really well is catch words, letters and punctuation that should or shouldn't be there, along with missing or unnecessary spaces and similar issues. For example, if you accidentally write your instead of yours, Id instead of I'd or tanks instead of thanks, it usually understands the context and suggests the right correction.

Cons

Since it isn't 100 percent accurate every time, I still need to verify some corrections by double-checking with other sources or platforms.

Rewording insights are good

Pros

Style checks and rewording suggestions were genuinely useful. I also appreciated that it evaluates your writing and shows how your message might come across to a reader, whether that is professional, casual, stern and so on.

Cons

After using it for a while, I ended up removing it because the icons kept getting in the way and the overall benefits did not feel worth it. The style feedback and occasional rewording suggestions were nice but my computer already catches most punctuation, spelling and grammar issues on its own. The biggest frustration was how often the icons popped up with suggestions every time I clicked into a text box. I really wish there were a simpler way to temporarily turn Grammarly off.

Excellent option

Pros

Having Grammarly built right into apps like Word and PowerPoint makes checking everyday writing really convenient. It's a fantastic tool, simple to use and there's no need to keep copying and pasting documents back and forth. The free version is a nice starting point for beginners although it misses some of the more advanced features so upgrading is worth considering.

Cons

While using it, I've run into a few confusing issues. One problem is with punctuation corrections, after fixing one error, it sometimes highlights even more which leaves me unsure whether the changes are actually right. Also some of the feedback doesn't feel very useful so I end up ignoring it.

Real-time corrections

Pros

Using it feels very simple from the start. It connects well with web-based platforms and other applications which makes it convenient to use across different tasks. The interface has a very innovative look and feel and the word and paragraph corrections are genuinely impressive. The suggestions it gives for both wording and full paragraphs are helpful, the real-time grammar correction works well and the pricing is also quite affordable.

Cons

There are still a few issues at times. It occasionally does not recognize certain words and sometimes it does not show up properly on some websites or applications. Another thing I have noticed is that even after applying the suggested corrections to words or paragraphs, the highlighted errors are not always cleared right away.

fast proofreading for big documents

Pros

So convenient to use!! I think its because it performs quickly. It's especially helpful for proofreading even when we're dealing with larger documents.

Cons

One limitation is that it doesn't work offline. There are also times when it needs high-speed internet which is a challenge in the area where our factory is located since reliable connectivity isn't very common.

my writing buddy

Pros

As a journalist who isn't a native English speaker, this really helps polish my writing so it reads well and stays free of spelling and grammar mistakes. That matters a lot when I'm working with US clients or reaching out to potential sources because it helps me come across as much more professional.

Cons

At times, the features don't appear automatically so I have to upload the window I'm working in to get it going and sometimes I need to do that more than once.

best-in-class

Pros

Working remotely makes it really important to use proper grammar and choose professional wording. Grammarly helps me catch and correct my mistakes constantly, including while I'm typing this right now.

Cons

I honestly don't have anything negative to say about Grammarly. It's absolutely fantastic software and truly best in class.
