smart tool

Pros

Using it in the browser is very convenient and it fits in well with my workflow. I really appreciate the weekly productivity stats and the feedback on whether my vocabulary is above average. The suggestions for cutting repeated words, reducing wordiness and making sentences clearer are genuinely helpful. Also, it works very well as a grammar checker overall.

Cons

You still can't depend on every suggestion it makes. It sometimes recommends changing "then" to "than" when that isn't correct which can actually make a sentence worse if you accept it without thinking. There are also times when it misses certain mistakes, such as a sentence ending without proper punctuation and I have to refresh it to catch the error.

good one

Pros

Once you move to the paid version, the software works really well and delivers a strong experience. It's very useful when everything is supported properly.

Cons

Frustrating part is that it only suggests changes on certain pages. For example, it won't read all text in Google Docs unless you have a paid subscription.

My experience was good

Pros

It helps catch every spelling issue, punctuation error, grammar mistake and plenty more. Grammarly is also very simple to use which makes the whole writing process much better.

Cons

I've been using this software for more than a year and I still feel it's one of the best tools overall.

Useful integrations

Pros

Works really well with a wide range of software and platforms, including Google tools, Microsoft Office, web browsers and more. Also, the interface is very user-friendly and simple to navigate.

Cons

At times, it can take a little longer to recognize sentences but the delay is minimal and almost unnoticeable.

saves my time

Pros

Grammarly Business is one of those tools where it's hard to narrow the praise down to just one feature. If I had to choose, the biggest plus is how convenient it is to use. Once it's installed on both your computer and phone, it follows you everywhere you write, reviews, business letters, emails even text messages,so you always have that extra support helping you present yourself well. Another part I really appreciate is that it doesn't just make corrections, it tells you why something needs to be changed. That makes it useful not only for fixing mistakes in the moment but also for helping you learn as you write so you're less likely to repeat the same errors later.

Cons

One area that could be improved is the word count function. In Microsoft Word, you can highlight a specific section and see the number of words and characters in just that selected text, along with the count for the rest of the document. That's especially useful when I'm working on essays with detailed professor instructions included in the same file. Since assignments often have minimum and maximum word limits, I usually draft my paper with the instructions still in the document and remove them afterward. In the online version though, that same feature isn't available. I wouldn't really call it a major downside, more of a consistency gap between versions. It doesn't create serious issues but it is a small inconvenience.

love it

Pros

It has been a real advantage for me and I'm genuinely glad I decided to start using it. I've tried several spell-checking and word-processing tools that are available and this one is by far the strongest option. I write a high volume of emails, updates and documents on a regular basis so I'd consider myself a heavy user. This software has saved me more than once from sending embarrassing messages or files filled with careless grammar mistakes. It helps maintain a professional standard in written communication especially when you need to send something quickly. Grammarly works directly with your writing in real time and usually offers the most suitable corrections for what you're trying to say.

Cons

Even with all its benefits, there are still a few downsides. Grammarly is extremely simple to use which makes it very convenient for users. At the same time, that may be its biggest flaw because people naturally start looking for shortcuts instead of improving their own writing skills. By relying on tools like this too much, we risk losing an important human ability. Grammarly definitely influences the way we handle formal communication and over time that could make people forget how to write letters properly or approach both formal and informal writing on their own.

punctuation lifesaver

Pros

Right from the start, this software has been incredible for me. It does much more than just catch spelling mistakes. It also fixes my punctuation, helps me organize my writing better and puts everything into the right perspective. Whenever I spell something wrong, it corrects it right away and overall the app is just beautifully made. It supports me in so many ways I never would have expected. If you struggle with grammar or punctuation, this is absolutely the app to use. It has been genuinely helpful and I honestly would not want to write without it.

Cons

I really do not have anything negative to say about this app. It has been extremely helpful in every way.

powerful software

Pros

Grammarly Business comes packed with plenty of useful features that really help while writing content, such as real-time grammar correction and inline suggestions that are highly accurate. Everything is clear, simple and simple to use which makes the whole writing process much better.

Cons

Something worth pointing out is that most of the advanced features are limited to the premium version, while the free version offers much less. It would be better if Grammarly Business made the free plan a bit more accessible for people who cannot afford the premium subscription.

decent experience

Pros

One thing that really works well is Grammarly's huge word library and the range of tools it offers. It gives useful writing suggestions, helps confirm tone and style choices, supports editing and makes selecting alternatives and corrections much more practical. The document layout is also simple to manage which makes the whole experience more useful. Another strong point is how well it works right from the keyboard on most mobile operating systems. While typing, it can read your text in real time and give the best possible suggestion for what you are trying to write. For basic proofreading, the free version is a solid option if you do not need anything advanced. In that sense, it still feels better than Microsoft Editor.

Cons

There is not much to dislike because the product is genuinely useful but it could become even better with more features like paraphrasing and shortening text. Pricing is also a downside since it feels expensive especially when Microsoft Editor comes with Microsoft 365 and Wordtune can be a better option in some cases. Another limitation is that it does not support many languages and the free version is very restricted. At times, it also fails to clear an underlined error even after the mistake has already been corrected. Also, it still cannot replace a human proofreader.

My go to !!

Pros

Using this program has been a really positive experience. It has helped me write much more efficiently especially when working on emails, official documents and letters. The platform is very simple to use when you want accurate writing and Also, its integration with other programs has made it even more useful for my work.

Cons

Overall, Grammarly is a very strong tool but the pricing feels too expensive. The company should provide more offers or better pricing options.

helps me write

Pros

Across pretty much every browser, operating system and document editor, Grammarly has been a solution I'd strongly recommend. The plug-in feels incredibly valuable in day-to-day workflows. Its AI-powered features do a really good job catching spelling and grammar mistakes and the platform is simple to use. There's also a free plan available, while the business plan adds useful extras like a plagiarism checker. Also, the premium version usually offers a few extra suggestions that help refine and improve your writing even more.

Cons

A limitation is that Grammarly doesn't always recognize certain words especially slang or terms from other languages. That said, you can disable it on specific websites in the settings if it starts causing formatting issues or gets in the way.

I like it

Pros

Right from the moment you start typing, it catches spelling and grammar issues automatically so there's no need to jump to each mistake one by one. It can also correct things as you write which saves a lot of time and helps improve the overall quality of the document. The grammar suggestions do a good job of removing redundant phrasing and fixing mistakes and being able to check word meanings while typing helps make sure the right word is being used. It really feels like a tool that can take someone from beginner-level writing to something much more polished and professional in a single step. The Chrome extension is also really useful because it applies corrections directly in the browser without needing extra software. And if you want it working across apps on your laptop or PC, you can install it on Windows and get the same benefits everywhere.

Cons

One feature I'd really love to see is the ability to change the tone of an entire document with just one click.

wonderful tool

Pros

More than anything else, Grammarly stands out because of what it's built to do. The concept behind it is excellent and I honestly don't think any other tool does it better. Even if you're already fluent in English, this is still software you'll want to have.

Cons

It's not really a negative but there are times when I intentionally want to phrase something a certain way and Grammarly keeps trying to change it. I get that it's just doing its job but it can still be a little annoying sometimes ,) .

instant writing feedback

Pros

Having this feels like working with an editor who gives feedback right away while I'm writing which I really appreciate.

Cons

There are moments when it marks suggestions or flags something as an error even though it isn't actually wrong, just part of a conversational writing style.

helpful for quick business writing

Pros

When I'm putting together letters for partner companies or drafting company-wide announcements, this has been really useful. The spell check and punctuation suggestions are a big benefit especially since I'm often writing quickly and need that extra support.

Cons

Biggest downside for me is the expensive monthly or yearly cost. I also don't care for how it jumps in while I'm still typing to correct a mistake or misspelled word instead of waiting until I've finished writing.

makes things easy

Pros

So when it comes to improving sentence formation, this is one of the best tools I've used. It genuinely helps by suggesting more suitable word choices while typing emails and doing proofreading. I've personally relied on it to make sure my official emails are well-written and polished. Whenever Grammarly recommends changing a few words, I usually choose to go with those suggestions because they tend to improve the message.

Cons

The tool is good overall but the pricing can be a concern. It does offer a free version and that version is useful too though only up to a certain point compared with what you get in the paid plan.

my review...

Pros

It's really the complete package. I use this program every single day, often dozens of times throughout the day. It catches typos, spelling mistakes and grammar issues and it also gives plenty of helpful suggestions that make my business letters better.

Cons

My only frustration is that it seems locked into British spelling and I haven't been able to figure out how to switch it over to American spelling.

recommended from my side

Pros

The best parts about Grammarly is how well it's integrated into most apps and online writing platforms.

Cons

Biggest issue is that it can be too aggressive about correcting writing style. It often marks a correctly spelled word with a red underline just because it wants the user to adjust their writing to match Grammarly's preferred style.
