“amazing fit for everyday use”
Pros
It fits naturally into my regular workflow and getting it integrated into day-to-day use has been very simple.
Cons
In higher education where AI is a major concern right now, it only provides an overall AI usage percentage when scanning student work. We really need it to show the exact sentences, words or phrases that triggered the AI plagiarism score.

“good writing insights”
Pros
The biggest advantage is how well it supports teams that need consistent, polished communication. It brings together useful features like team collaboration tools, advanced writing insights, customizable goals, centralized admin controls and solid security and privacy settings. Altogether, it works as a strong solution for improving productivity, maintaining brand consistency and raising the overall quality of communication across a team.
Cons
There are still a few downsides worth mentioning, including limited language support, suggestions that can sometimes feel too prescriptive and a price point that may be too high for smaller teams.

“Simple to use”
Pros
Simplicity is the biggest win here. Having templates that can be shared with teams across different locations works really well. It's an excellent way to keep a consistent company voice while still giving each person room to show their individual identity in a professional format and setting.
Cons
AI side can take a bit of time to learn when you're first getting started. Even with that, it feels more thorough and adaptive than asking a whole team to come up with the same ideas on their own.

“Writing made easier”
Pros
I keep coming back to is how well it can rewrite text in a specific tone. If I need something to sound more professional, friendlier or just more concise, it gives me that flexibility really well.
Cons
On mobile the voice-to-text feature feels pretty dated. I ended up disabling it because it often struggles to recognize words accurately.

Grammarly's context-aware sentence suggestions are incredibly useful for getting the right tone in company emails. When you're sending multiple messages a day to customers and clients, keeping a consistent and appropriate way of communicating really matters.
Cons
Nothing specific comes to mind. Having a dependable way to review and double-check your writing is very important.

“Polished writing”
Pros
It helped shape my sentences and wording and i can effortlessly write without worrying much about grammar myself. i know the tool will point out where im wrong.
Cons
Since it's AI there are times it doesn't fully pick up on the way people naturally speak so some sentences come out sounding more robotic than human.

Pros
At its core, it does exactly what it's supposed to do, catch mistakes. It feels very polished in that area and it can spot almost everything.

The way it highlights mistakes can be a little distracting at times especially the outlining but it's still understandable.

“I can depend on it”
Pros
Keeping email communication polished has been much easier with this tool. It does more than just catch grammar mistakes, it also helps adjust the tone of the email which is really useful. The correction suggestions appear instantly so making changes on the spot feels very convenient.
Cons
There isn't really anything I dislike about it. The only thing to watch is the dictionary setting because if it's not configured properly, it might suggest American English when you actually want British English.

“a good one!”
Pros
Working in a customer-facing role means I need to write in US English, even though it isn't my first language and I'm more familiar with British English. In that kind of professional setting, accurate spelling and grammar, along with concise, clear and engaging writing, really matter. Grammarly helps me achieve that consistently. It works across pretty much everything I write, whether that's in web-based tools or desktop apps and the suggestions are usually right on target. Beyond improving what I write in the moment, it also helps me strengthen my English over time. I also appreciate how precisely the writing style can be adjusted in the Preferences section. The Gen AI feature is another plus since it often provides genuinely helpful suggestions.
Cons
Nothing major to complain about. At times, Grammarly revises its own suggested edits which can be a little frustrating from a usability standpoint. I've also noticed that formatting can disappear when text gets rewritten. Still, these feel like very minor issues.
