Works well

Pros

Grammarly has been a big help for me and I'm even using it while writing this review. Since I type quickly, I tend to make plenty of grammar mistakes sohaving it catch those errors is really useful. One feature I especially enjoy is how it shows whether my emails come across as more formal or informal before I send them.

Cons

Honestly there isn't much I dislike about it. The only real downside is the price. I'm using it through my company right now sothey cover the cost but if I had to pay for it on my own, I'd consider it pretty expensive.

incredible results

Pros

Right away, the tool felt very user-friendly. It works with Google Chrome and G Suite somy emails get reviewed before I send them and the same goes for anything I write in Google Docs. It functions a lot like a built-in spelling and grammar checker whichmade it quick to get used to and simple to work into my routine.

Cons

Like any AI-powered tool, it isn't flawless. I wouldn't recommend accepting every suggestion automatically, just like you probably wouldn't agree with every edit from a human reviewer either. One feature I'd still love to see is support for reviewing content inside Google Sheets.

all-in-one companion

Pros

What really stands out to me about it is how complete the whole package feels. It brings all the correction and writing support tools together in one place soI don't need to send my work through different checkers just to make sure every part is covered. Another big plus is how well it works inside the apps and browsers I use all the time. I can get everything checked right where I'm writing without having to copy and paste into another program.

Cons

To be honest, I don't have any complaints about it at all. It has worked amazingly well for me and I haven't run into any issues whatsoever.

clean interface

Pros

Something I really enjoy about it is that its clean, user-friendly interface. It also provides useful suggestions and alternative wording options sothere's usually something to choose from.

Cons

Dictionary could definitely be better since it still misses a lot of technical terms. Also, it can be a bit slow at times when it comes to catching mistakes.

smart tool

Pros

The biggest benefits is not having to spend so much mental energy worrying about grammar, tone or how my writing comes across. It works quickly and I'm honestly impressed by how strong the suggestions usually are. With other spell checkers and auto-suggestion tools I've used before, I often ended up ignoring the recommendations because they didn't feel right. Grammarly, on the other hand feels more like having a knowledgeable, tireless editor by my side whenever I'm writing.

Cons

There really isn't much to complain about but if I had to point to one area that could be better, it would be the guidance around passive voice and transition words. It would help if the tool gave clearer explanations or actual examples for why a change is being suggested, rather than only flagging the phrase and expecting me to figure it out.

suggestions that help

Pros

Grammarly helps my team and me write polished, professional emails without spending extra time double-checking spelling. As a non-native English speaker offering services to international clients, it's become an essential part of my business because it helps us avoid embarrassing typos that could hurt our reputation.

Cons

Even with the Chrome extension installed, it still doesn't work on some websites, likely because they aren't supported yet. When that happens, I have to draft the text somewhere else and then copy and paste it over whichis a bit inconvenient.

i like it

Pros

One thing that really works well in this solution is how quickly it responds with the right document output, no matter how long the document is. It also fixes grammar mistakes amazingly fast, often within seconds. Another helpful feature is that it asks about the target audience whichmakes the writing more relevant and useful. Overall, it saves a lot of time and definitely helps increase productivity.

Cons

There are still a few areas that need improvement. It has some issues when correcting table data and the suggestions provided do not feel sufficient. It would also be better if it included writing methods or approaches as part of the suggestions.

better tone for every message

Pros

Whenever I'm drafting an email or document, it helps me shape it for the right tone and audience. If I'm writing to someone like a General Manager or Director, it picks up on how my message sounds and suggests better wording or phrasing so it fits that specific person more appropriately.

Cons

Right now, the software works as an add-on in several applications like Word and Outlook but I'd really like to see it built directly into more programs, such as Adobe or meeting platforms like Chime.

Overall great

Pros

Starting out with emails to a new boss or coworkers can be awkward when you're not sure how to phrase things and that's where Grammarly really helped me. It even detects the tone of what you write whichmade a big difference in my business communication. There were a few times I realized I sounded more serious than I meant to when messaging the team and the app helped me catch that. Also, it has saved me from plenty of embarrassing typing mistakes along the way. Whether you're a perfectionist or just want your writing to come across better, it's definitely a useful tool to have.

Cons

My only real complaint is that Grammarly still misses a few things here and there depending on the context though it's nothing major. The other problem I ran into was during installation on my computer becauseit wasn't detecting my writing at all. At this point, I've only been able to use it through my browser.

my go-to writing companion

Pros

I'm working on a long piece or even writing something casual, it has become my go-to companion. As someone who isn't a native English speaker, I always run my writing through it before posting anything online. It gives me everything I need, from catching spelling mistakes to helping me improve my grammar overall. Highly recommended!

Cons

Something that could be better is the and roid app. I'd love to see it work more like the web version without requiring users to switch to the Grammarly keyboard. That said, the app is still nicely made overall sothis is really just a minor opinion.

affordable !!

Pros

Grammarly helps me put together high-quality content with a lot more confidence. It automatically checks my writing and catches spelling errors, grammar issues and similar mistakes before I publish anything. The pricing feels affordable and it works really well across different platforms like WordPress, Google Docs and Microsoft Word.

Cons

A downside is that the free plan is quite limited soupgrading to the premium version is pretty much necessary if you want access to all of its features.

rephrasing tools I rely on

Pros

This is a writing tool I use more than anything else on a daily basis. I usually type fast soI make plenty of typos and it catches them right away. The feature I value most is the rephrasing suggestions since they help polish what I want to say. I have it installed everywhere I work too, on my browser, as a desktop app and connected to Outlook and Word across my laptop, tablet and phone.

Cons

One thing I really don't enjoy is drafting freely inside Grammarly because the constant suggestions and interruptions can break my flow. I'm also not a fan of the monthly emails that highlight my activity against the rest of the community. Every now and then it also misreads a phrase or word choice yet it keeps flagging it anyway.

Good results

Pros

Using it feels almost too effortless to believe. It installs quickly and then it follows me everywhere, inside SaaS tools, email and cloud docs, quietly catching those little mistakes before they slip through. One thing I genuinely enjoy is the weekly usage email with stats. It's turned into a funny competition around the office: one person boasts about being more accurate than 88% of users, someone else jumps in saying they used more new words than 90% and it keeps going from there. I also really enjoy the AI tone detector whichhelps me tell whether my emails come across as friendly, formal and so on.

Cons

My only real complaint is that every now and then the tool gets in the way while I'm typing. In Salesforce, for instance, when I'm entering text into certain fields, I sometimes have to scroll the page down and back up just to get the characters to appear where they should.

time-saving!!

Pros

Getting this tool up and running was simple and it has saved our team a huge amount of time on copy editing. It also catches the kinds of errors that are very easy to skim past with your own eyes. Another feature I really value is the dictionary setting since it lets me set usage guidelines for the entire team and keeps everyone aligned.

Cons

Something I'd still like to see is better feature parity between the web version and the Chrome extension for Google especially the plagiarism checker. I'd also love support for Google Sheets since that's where we build our social media calendars. Every now and then, some of the editing suggestions are so off-base they're almost funny and as a seasoned copy editor, I wish there were a way to explain why a suggestion is incorrect.

Made work easy

Pros

Grammarly has completely changed the way I hand le writing. I no longer need to ask someone else to proofread an email just to be sure the grammar is right. It's been a huge help in making sure everything I write looks polished, professional and grammatically correct.

Cons

At times, the browser extension can be a little buggy or slow to respond but switching over to the website usually takes care of the issue.

great tool!

Pros

Its so easy to set it up across our office tools like Outlook, Word and webmail was quick and it starts working right away. The advanced controls for reviewing and correcting emails and articles in real time are genuinely useful. I also get a lot out of the writing style and tone evaluation features since they help me adjust how my message comes across and the emoticons are a nice touch. Compared with similar apps, the price feels quite reasonable.

Cons

One thing that still causes problems is the lack of an active dictionary for names. When the app comes across an uncommon or irregular name, it treats it like a typo and there doesn't seem to be a way to add that name to a vocabulary or custom word list.

Works well

Pros

Using this has made writing much more dependable while still feeling simple to work with. It connects nicely with Chrome, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Google Docs whichmakes it convenient across the tools I already use. Grammarly catches spelling mistakes in emails and also gives helpful suggestions that improve the overall quality of my writing. Another feature I really appreciate is being able to adjust the tone of my emails so they come across as confident, while also checking that the message is clear and engaging enough to hold the reader's attention.

Cons

This tool has made writing in a second language far more manageable than before whichis a big plus. The only downside is that the monthly cost for the features offered feels a little expensive especially for smaller companies.

tone analysis is good

Pros

Between the automation and how simple it is to use, Grammarly stand s out quickly when I recommend it for business. The premium features that matter most to me are the tone detection and the style guide. The style guide adds a really valuable extra layer of polish and professionalism to some people's writing whichis fantastic and the tone analysis helps them understand how their wording comes across and how to adjust it to better match what they mean. The explanations behind its suggestions are solid too. Overall, it feels far better than the versions built into Office 365 and Word.

Cons

The part I'm less keen on is the pricing structure. I understand why it's set up that way but I know a few people who would benefit a lot from the service and still wouldn't use it enough to justify even the lowest tier. An even cheaper plan for occasional users especially small owner-operator businesses or a pay-as-you-go option would be really helpful in certain cases. Other than that, I can't really criticize the service. The bigger issue is that plenty of people simply won't need it. It's excellent for those with average or weaker writing skills or for businesses where internal or external communication truly needs to be top-notch. I just think there's a wide middle ground between those extremes where the value is a lot less clear.

simple to use

Pros

Working with Grammarly Business has been a big plus for our projects especially because it lets team members collaborate from anywhere. One feature I really appreciate is the ability to create a style guide whichworks like a shared editing stand ard so everyone follows the same rules. Also, the analytics are really useful since I can track what each team member is contribut ing and quickly tell if someone is not pulling their weight.

Cons

My only real issue with it is the pricing structure. There is no flat stand ard fee and the cost goes up every time you add another user.

user friendly

Pros

Right from the start, this Chrome extension is very simple to use. You sign in once, connect your email address or Microsoft/Google Docs account and it's ready to go. If you spend the day firing off tons of emails or working on blog posts, proposals and similar writing, it does an excellent job catching the vast majority of mistakes people usually make. It's especially helpful with those tricky English words that are easy to misuse. As a spell-checker and grammar-checker, it does exactly what you'd want. If you mistype something or get distracted while juggling too many thoughts at once, those little errors can slip through fast and that never looks good. Grammarly helps prevent that. Once you move up to the Pro or Business version, you unlock a lot more features whichis really useful when your writing starts getting too wordy. It helps tighten things up and make your message more concise. The only real downside, if it even counts as one, is that you may spend a little extra time at first going through suggestions and cleaning up your emails. I also really appreciate that the free version is quite powerful and gives you a very clear idea of what the software can do. Plus, if you decide not to upgrade, it still stays free forever.

Cons

One minor annoyance is that the software can be a little too fond of hyphens. That said, this tends to be less noticeable in the Pro or Business version because it does more to help rewrite your sentences. I do appreciate that the edits are only suggestions soyou can always choose whether to accept them or ignore them.
