Pros

To have everything connected in one place for work has made it an excellent platform to use. It's especially helpful for finding updated forms, locating coworkers and keeping announcements organized without any hassle. The layout feels user friendly, the platform is simple to navigate and it has a nice visual design that makes it approachable for everyone. Getting started has also been very simple and the setup process has been easier than expected. I've been so happy with it overall that I'd absolutely rate my likelihood to recommend it to a friend or colleague as a 10 out of 10.

Right away, it felt very user-friendly so getting around the platform and using its different features didn't take much effort. The events feature has been especially useful because I can enter the exact date and time which makes coordinating things across the whole company much more smooth. I also really value the option to create private groups since it lets me share information only with the specific teams that need it and keeps communication both relevant and private. The initial setup was fairly simple as well and it was impressive to see how quickly everyone across the company adjusted to using it which says a lot about how user friendly the platform is. That combination of usability and well-rounded functionality is why I see it as such a valuable tool for our company and it's the reason I'd rate it a 10 out of 10 for recommendation.

Cons

One thing I would still like to see improved is the mobile experience. Using it on my phone isn't quite as convenient especially when it comes to posting updates or creating events since those tasks are definitely easier to handle on a computer.

Pros

Working with it has made collaboration across my organization much simpler and that has really improved teamwork and communication between departments. It has given my productivity a noticeable boost too, helping me get more done in less time. I also enjoy how well Haystack integrates with tools we already use, like Google and Slack so staying connected and keeping a consistent workflow feels effortless. Also, the interface is very user-friendly making navigation and setup simple and keeping the transition minimal for anyone new to the platform.

The only thing I'd like to see is integration with additional platforms such as Salesforce.

Switching to it has been a really positive experience for our team. The platform is simple to navigate and has made a big difference in how we access and manage information day to day. Having our documents, apps and contact directories all gathered in one central place has been incredibly helpful. The layout feels polished and engaging so moving through the intranet feels natural and uncomplicated. I also appreciate the extra touches, like birthday and work anniversary shoutouts because they help build a stronger sense of connection across the company. Since our team works across multiple regions, Haystack has made it much easier for everyone to stay aligned and feel connected despite the distance. Overall, it has improved both our efficiency and our team culture.

Up to this point, there really hasn't been anything about it that stands out as a negative for me. The platform has been user friendly, dependable and well structured. If anything, I'd just say that as we keep using it, I'd be happy to share feedback if any opportunities for improvement come up.

Opening it has become something I actually look forward to each morning. The interactive portals make it fun to check in on company news, events, upcoming dates and photos from things we've personally been part of. It's a nice way to break up the day and adds a little variety to the routine.

Cons

The only small annoyance is having to request a link every so often to log back into the site. It's a minor inconvenience but my instant-gratification brain definitely gets a little irritated by it. Still, it's really not a big issue.
